After moving to Copenhagen, I’ve been exploring different places in the city, and Ruby Bar has quickly become one of my favourites. The vibe here is just perfect – classy, comfortable, and not too loud. It’s a great place to unwind after work or to take friends when they’re visiting. Their cocktails are top-notch – very creative and well-balanced. You can really tell that the bartenders know what they’re doing. They also suggest drinks based on your mood or taste, which I really liked. The location is central, but the entrance is quite subtle, almost like a secret spot. But once you step inside, it feels warm and welcoming. It’s slightly on the pricier side, but for the quality of drinks and experience, I feel it’s totally justified. Highly recommended if you enjoy good cocktails in a classy setting!

Outstanding cocktail experience! The “doorman” was very friendly, welcoming us to the cocktail bar minutes before last call. We chose to sit by the bar to watch how each cocktail was made. I’d also recommend checking out the rest of the bar for the decor. My favorite drink was the Risalamande (clarified), but honestly, you can’t go wrong with the choices here.

We had drinks from the menu and a couple drinks that we knew with different recommend spins on the original recipes and all were fantastically executed. Ruby is a fantastic date-friendly cocktail bar in Copenhagen, offering a cozy, rustic atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a stylish Scandinavian apartment. We were seated by the window with a beautiful view, which added to the charm of the evening. The living-room-style seating makes it feel more like visiting a friend’s home than a bar, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. The cocktail menu leans toward creative, modern options rather than classics, but everything we tried was expertly made—and I have no doubt the bartenders could mix up any classic if asked. Drinks are on the pricier side, but the quality and ambiance make it worth it. Given its popularity, I’d definitely recommend booking in advance.

We only tried the craft beer, but it was excellent. Each type we sampled had rich and unique taste that stood out. The staff were very friendly and the cozy atmosphere made it perfect for quiet evening with family. It felt warm, welcoming and unhurried. The outdoor seating was very lovely, with warm lights that created very relaxing mood. It fet like a cozy place where you can enjoy your drink.

Terrible experience. My friends and I walked up and the security guard immediately shut the gate on us, saying there was “no space,” even though the place was nowhere near full. As people were leaving, we asked again and were rudely dismissed. When we politely asked if we could wait for a table, his exact response was: “If I say no, it’s a no.” The arrogance and disrespect were unbelievable. This staff member needs to reexamine how he speaks to customers.

Down an alley off of a main street in Copenhagen is a cocktail bar that's more of an oasis. My buddy and I arrived at 6pm on a Sunday evening, just in time for the bartender to open the giant gates to the outdoor patio. We walked inside and sat at a large booth table. Here's our experience: 1) Cocktails: The menu is only two pages, but each cocktail is quality. Having a sweet tooth, I ordered the R&R with Roe and Company whiskey, rhubarb liqueur, raspberries, lemon and sugar. I can honestly say it's the best cocktail I've ever have. Even with a price tag of $20, I almost ordered another, because of how balanced it was made. 2) Space: It's down an alley. Enough said. The outdoor patio and the inside space are simple, but well designed. 3) Service: It's superb- attentive, fast and friendly. If you have any questions, the bartender will guide you through the menu.

My wife and I dropped by this place with 8 family members and friends a Thursday evening. They had no room for a large party like us inside, but we got seated in the glasses and covered patio section with heaters. Which was very fine. This place makes incredible cocktails - very exiting and tasty. A bit expensive - but fair I guess taking into account taste and combinations. Definitely a place to visit for cocktails.

What a cool place for drinks. Every cocktail ordered was delicious. We also got the Comte Plate (obvi needed if drinking these cocktails). Most places I get wine cause I’m not sure if people can mix or not. Here- skip the wine- the cocktails are creative and tasty. The vibe was perfect for meeting a group of friends to hang out. The service was also great. The bartenders are very attentive. Really great experience.

This cocktail bar had been recommended by many people, and it was one of the places I wanted to visit even before coming to Denmark. My expectations were not only met but exceeded. The cocktails were of very high quality, each one with its own unique and memorable flavor. The staff were friendly, helpful, and showed great knowledge of the drinks on the menu. One of my friends is a big fan of smoky Isle-region whiskeys, and the bar had an impressive selection, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was cozy yet refined, with a warm and rich vibe that made the evening feel special. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality, creativity, and service make it absolutely worth it.

Loved the cocktails! We had the tomatio, peachy bastard, tiki Verde (packs a punch of ginger!), laurel, and shandyman. Our server was also fantastic and so friendly. They serve light bar bites as well.

A nice cocktail bar in Copenhagen, my first stop in the town. Recommended by my bartender friend in London, so it is a good bar acknowledged by some professional drinkers. For me, it is above the standard, everything I tried was good, but nothing too special in make a huge impressions.

This is an interesting place for a craft cocktail. They are really well made - but they have a very characteristic spirit… made with some ingredients that you do not find any where else - for instance a drink with kantarels in it. Never tried that before. My wife, our grown daughter and myself dropped by a Wednesday evening in JAN 2025 for a cocktail. The place was quite crowded but we were able to get a table by the window next to the entre. They took our order fairly quickly and the cocktails were served shortly thereafter - so no prob. I enjoyed all three cocktails, my wife liked two of them, and my daughter liked only one. So no doubt they are all special. So make sure to bring a certain degree of curiosity when drinking here. Definitely a place to visit when in Copenhagen.

Stumbled upon this speakeasy bar looking for a drink or two late night. Atmosphere very nice - yet the drinks were somewhat average as opposed to the vibrant atmosphere. We ordered some snacks to go along with our drinks but they never came

This is a hidden bar with no clear sign board on the entrance. You literally need to ring a bell and the waiter have to come and get you. We took a while to figure out how to ring that bells which also keeps us exited to go in. Upon entry, there is a hidden door which looks like a library with lots of books there. Has a little Harry Potter vibes. Once u entered. The set up blew us off. It so nice inside. Now.. we had 4 different drinks and it was awesome. All 4 of them had their own unique taste and it was top of the world kind. totally loved it. But please be reminded that the price is definitely on the high side

A true speakeasy experience, with a hidden entrance and cozy lounge interior that transports you back to the 1920's. The cocktails were innovative and a treat to look at in addition to being delicious. There were small snacks available to order for those who need to eat while they drink. All in all a great place for an intimate date or a fancy meetup with a larger group.

What a place! This was the best bar experience I’ve ever had. Since we went on a weekday when it wasn’t too crowded, we didn’t need a reservation, but you probably would on the weekend. From the warm welcome to the moment our drinks arrived, the service was wonderful. The place is so classy, the cocktails are delicious, and I’d definitely recommend it

Super cool vibe! You really feel like you’re stepping back in time when you walk into this bar. I visited on a Sunday evening – it would have been the icing on the cake if there had been some live music that day. I had their green Chartreuse on ice, while the people I was with tried some of their exciting cocktails. I can’t comment on the taste of the cocktails myself, but they definitely looked interesting.

The staff is very polite. Most of the cocktails we tasted were unique and flavorful. I wouldn’t recommend the ‘Bonnie and Clyde´ though due the red color it has on top of the ice (you cannot avoid it due to the height), which can easily make your nose painted red for the rest of the night.

Went for happy hour - was very happy. No complaints. Had mango spicy margaritas and a ginger beer based cocktail called dark and stormy. I recommend both.

A fine experience, better than your regular place for fine drinks. Its a nice mix of a pub and a cocktail bar, so you can get whatever you are in the mood for on the day 🍻 They make a lot of different cocktails, but most of them were honestly just a lot of foam with a slight hint of something and otherwise the same generic alcoholic taste. The drinks werent bad, but nothing special🧉🍸 They werent that pricy though, so thats nice, also they have happy hour every day for 1 hour, and loads of seats outside, though the bar is located in the shadow all 24 hours of the day 😬

The danish Hygge “cosy” fits Gensyn so well. It has many elements that make sitting on the bar and enjoying a great cocktail a pure pleasure. Nice staff, good music and fairly priced.

I tried the last Gensyn slush, it was so good, that I wanted a second. It was sold out. The spicy Margherita was okay. Cocktails are good actually, service superb!

Brønnum consistently serves up delicious cocktails in a stylish setting. This time I tried the yuzu-based cocktail called Shibuya and it was absolutely fantastic. I could easily drink those all night. We sat outside to enjoy the warm weather, but the interior is also lovely and cosy during winter.

I always come here with my friends and colleagues after work. All the guys are very friendly and on the weekends they have a DJ, which is cool to have some good music playing! Keeps the atmosphere fresh. I love that they are doing some good classic cocktails. For sure you should try their spicy margarita!

Had a lovely summer brunch at Brønnum Bar in Copenhagen — such a stylish and aesthetic spot. The location is great, right near Kongens Nytorv, with a charming atmosphere both inside and out. Perfect place to sit back and enjoy a slow afternoon. The vibes were relaxed yet refined, and the wine selection was surprisingly good for a brunch setting. A great mix of ambiance, quality, and location. Definitely recommend if you’re in central CPH and want somewhere a little special for brunch or drinks.

Loved this place. Kindest and most wonderful staff both at the door and at the bar. We sat at the bar and had the most delicious cocktails and drinks. Really enjoyable vibe, would definitely become a regular if I lived in Copenhagen.

This was a lovely beautiful bar with classy music, polite staff, top notch drinks, and completely justified the prices. Now it is a beautiful bar with horrid music, staff that doesn’t really care, and it’s a party bar with party bar quality - and high end prices.

This place is cute and cosy but when filled with guests, it was hard to hear each other. The food was good, we started with the oysters which were great. I ordered the chicken with peri-peri sauce for main course but it was not spicy at all. My companions ordered the steak and they said it was tough. Dessert and cheese to complete the meal was also great. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

Charming restaurant in a quieter part of the neighborhood serving bistro like dishes. Had the steak and fries, it was very well prepared and bearnaise sauce was as expected. Nothing spectacular but good basis quality. They also have quality cocktails.

HORRIBLE staff. My friend and I went in last Thursday and asked (calmly and politely) if we could borrow their toilet. Instead of just saying a simple “no” - which would have been understandable - the young man behind the bar glared at us in the most condescending way ever and said “this is not a public restroom”. So rude and unnecessary? Don’t go there unless you’re a masochist who likes being spoken down to by staff.

Esben offered us one of the best customer experiences we’ve ever received in a restaurant. This all started because the restaurant was fully booked and that day was the first time we’ve celebrated my bf’s name day, so a prepared an entire weekend of events. I called the restaurant and couldn’t reach them but after I messaged them, I was called back and we were offered a table. The food and drinks were exquisite and we were extremely happy for the service by all stuff who was very welcoming and kind to us. We’ll definitely return to SALON 39 very soon!! Thanks Esben and staff. You made our experience very pleasant and happy.

Went for a quick cocktail before dinner. The bar staff João and Cem helped with drink recommendations. The drinks were superb and would recommend anyone looking for a great cocktail and mixology to give this place a try. It was my birthday and they also gave me a complimentary whisky and made it a special experience. The bartenders also made something off menu that was simply delicious. Will be back and will try the food as well next time. Thanks for a great drink and great service. Will be back again.

Our cocktails were fantastic, the bar man Sergio was incredibly knowledgeable and had high standards. To match that he was friendly and funny too. The bar also has shuffleboard which is a touch. 10/10 experience.

Maybe it was a bad day. Maybe I shouldn't have asked for a beer. IPA not an option. Maybe I should have said clearer what cocktail I chose. Maybe I should have asked earlier if he is bringing it. Maybe I shouldn't have been in Strøm after 6 years since last time. Maybe after few more years he ll be less snob. Thanks for the discount. Appreciated.

Sergio made the experience unforgettable. Excellent & unique cocktails were served to us. Sergio even made a concession and served a mini cocktail for me (which was not on the menu). A good 3 hours were spent here experiencing Hygge, chatting with Sergio. We cancelled our dinner reservations and ended up going to another excellent restaurant right opposite Strom as walk-ins. Highly recommended lounge over Balderdash.

We went to Strom for a pre-dinner quick cocktail and absolutely loved it. The cocktails were among the best we’ve ever had (we live in NYC and have fairly high standards when it comes to cocktails!), so we ended up having two each. On top of that, both bartenders were super nice and attentive. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place. You don't come here to get drunk, you come here to have a good time in good company. The service was exceptional, and the menu even more so. Prices were high, but fair (expect 120 - 145 for a full drink, and 75 for a nibbler). We were there for almost 3 hours, and only got through about a nibbler and 2-3 drinks each, because the drinks are worth enjoying. I'll definitely come back again

Like the atmosphere and music, but service wasn’t great sitting at a table for at least an hour when a bartender comes over to tell us to move since someone else had booked this table, with no notice on the table of any bookings the way we were treated wasn’t great and no effort was made to move us to another table or apology. It was clearly a mess up on the tables on their part but no effort made to sort the situation.

Such a nice place! I love how the style is very thorough and all of the little nooks and crannies makes it feel very private when sitting at a table. There are 3 bars so you never have to wait too long to get a drink. The drinks are all very unique and the two I tried were very fresh and good. Overall I'd definitely recommend going there for a night out.

One of the best bars in Copenhagen. Must attend. Very friendly door staff, and great decor and atmosphere. Bar staff are great and clientele even better. Copenhagen girls are dressed to impress so if you are too you are sure to have a great time. Definitely return on my next trip.

Way too crowded, can barely move. The people (customers) are rude, arrogant and pushing each other. Most of the reviews praise the music but in my opinion it's just vapid, can't even remember it. The cocktails (the reason why we ever entered the bar) were perfectly made and relatively large. The bartenders, however, were unfriendly and just trying to deal with every customer as fast as possible, probably due to the crowdedness of the place. I'd recommend to go there to have a cocktail when it's less busy and then continue to some other more cozy place.

One of my favorite places to go dance to. As you enter the bar you will be welcomed by this classy interior design, kind of like the "Mad man", but then you go further down to the basement through this corridor, where they have the dance floor and people are just going crazy on dancing. There is always a DJ in here, and from my experience very good ones.

The music is okay. House and early twenties pop, and hiphop. Be careful with how much they charge you. Many times i ordered 2 beers which supposed to be 100kr. One time i got charged for 175kr for 2 beers and water. One of the colleagues work there intentionally overcharged me.

Cocktails. Hard to find (if you’re not using Maps). Chill place. What’s not to like? You like cocktails and are too close to the city center of Copenhagen to find proper places? This place is a safe haven. Genuine and reserved. If I could give this 4,9 I would due to the area in which it’s situated.

I keep it for drinks and really like the ambience of space. It is a quiet, Jim, upscale cocktail bar. The menu is extensive and has many options. I find that the drinks for a little bit sweet, and it’s a bit pricey. But overall worth a visit, especially if you’re on a date.

Slow service, some weird passive agresive coments. I guess they dont teach how to act in front of a client in cocktail school? If you dont mind being at the whims of whatever the bartender randomly projects on to you this might be the place for you.

Located inside Tivoli, this iconic restaurant has definitely withstood the test of time. It looks magnificent on the exterior with a very elegant interior. There is plenty of seating with big glass windows providing a really nice view over Tivoli. Service was top notch. But the food however was a bit disappointing. The oysters were good, the lobster soufflé was okay(could have used more bisque), the steak was bit below average(the crust was weird) and fries were quite dry. The mussels and linguini were both good, but nothing exciting. Their wine selection was extremely good. Overall it was a bit underwhelming experience, we felt that we just didn’t get the value for money.

We had a fantastic time at Nimb Brasserie. The atmosphere and ambience were beautiful and welcoming. The food was excellent with creative presentation, and the wines paired perfectly. The service was attentive and friendly, which made the whole evening really enjoyable.

We went to Nimb for lunch, the server was friendly & attentive. I ordered the moules frites and they were pretty good, the only disappointment was there was no bar tender during lunch so we were unable to order cocktails.

Avoid this place, the female hostess was very mean and argued and scolded us just because we voiced our concern about being placed under the stairs in the dark while there were many open tables available, despite booking very early prior to dinner. She even said do you want to take my job, this is beyond outrageous and ridiculous attitude towards dining customers. Eventually she moved us to different table but were told to eat quickly within an hour because the next party will arrive by then. Very rude and discriminatory!

Last night Nimb Brasserie failed terribly and ruined our vacation in the process. They almost sent me to the hospital if not for the fast resourcefulness of the Nimb Hotel’s front desk finding and providing me Benadryl to counteract my allergic action to the alcohol that was mistakenly served to me. Note that we will review the Nimb Hotel separately to reflect the first day and night when everything went well. The Nimb Brasserie serves French cuisine. The food was okay. We really enjoyed the Salmon Roe Cones and Burrata starters. The Beef Tartare and Tortellini were just okay. The steak was disappointing. We asked for medium well and got a steak that was blackened on the outside and rare on the inside. It was clearly a busy night. We’d made a reservation. Several others without reservations were turned away with the host explaining that they were having a rush with everyone arriving at same time. For drinks, I ordered a virgin mojito. I am allergic to alcohol, an allergy that has gotten worse as I’ve gotten older. The first virgin mojito was fine. After I finished it, I ordered the same thing again. This time the drink took a long time to arrive. It finally arrived looking exactly the same. I took a drink and immediately realized it tasted like rubbing alcohol. They had made the mojito with alcohol, but worse the bartender must not have done any mixing, because it was 100% alcohol and 0% mojito mix. I flagged down the waiter and sent the drink back. As we waited for my virgin mojito and main courses, I started to get a pounding headache. After everything arrived I tried eating and drinking the virgin mojito to counteract the alcohol, but the headache only got worse, followed by nausea, cold sweat, dizziness and a face that others described as a bursting red balloon . I started to realize that I was having a more severe allergic reaction. We got up, flagged down another waiter, explained that I was having a reaction to the alcohol that was mistakenly served to me, and asked the waiter to charge our room so I could go back to our room and lay down. This is when things really broke down under pressure. First the waiter tried to deny that alcohol was served to me. Then he refused to make eye contact and insisted that I talk to the bartender. My face was swollen, I was breathing heavily, my speech was slurred, I was weaving on my feet and telling this person I was sick. Instead of showing any empathy, he was trying to what, dodge responsibility? I didn’t really want to talk to anyone, but since the waiter was insisting I talk to the bartender, I said just let me talk to your manager. It took a while for the manager to show up, but she was arguably worse, which I didn’t think was possible. The manager stared me down and said “I can’t turn back time. What do you want me to do about this.” No apology. No offer to help. Just open ended questions and again dodging responsibility? Unbelievable. We gave up and left the restaurant telling her to just charge our room. Thankfully the Nimb Hotel front desk was nearby. The front desk attendant found Benadryl for me and ordered water and ice to be brought to our room. The medicine brought down the swelling and redness. Unfortunately, it didn’t help with the headache, nausea and dizziness. We had planned to spend the night walking outside and enjoying the night lights and scene. Instead, I spent the night alternating between hugging the toilet and passing out in the bed. The Nimb Hotel attendant checked in on us periodically and offered to call an ambulance and/or doctor. The Hotel manager met us the next morning and apologized, promising to follow up with restaurant staff to give the appropriate feedback. I really hope the restaurant staff gets training on how to be more human in difficult situations. For now, we would NOT recommend the Nimb Brasserie.

Y'all, let me tell you about our anniversary dinner at Nimb Brasserie in Tivoli. It sure wasn't what we hoped for! The Good: - The place looks real nice, especially outside - We didn't have to wait to get a table - The young servers tried their best The Not-So-Good: - We kept getting different servers - The inside wasn't as pretty as the outside The Downright Awful: I love seafood, so I ordered the fancy pasta with lobster and squid. Big mistake! Four hours later, I got real sick. Yep, food poisoning. It was horrible and ruined our special night. What I Think: The view was nice and the servers were trying hard, but that doesn't make up for bad food that makes you sick. They need to do way better with their cooking, especially with seafood. Bottom Line: I can't say I'd tell folks to eat here. Maybe they just had a bad day, but getting that sick ain't no joke. If you do go, maybe skip the seafood to be safe. It's a real shame 'cause it could've been a nice place for a special dinner. But good looks don't matter much when the food makes you ill. They've got a lot of work to do to make things right.

I just walked in to get out of the freezing cold and ended up having the most lovely conversation with a new server. I asked for a Danish hard liquor, and she brought one that had a clean scent. It happened to be so smooth and clean that I didn't need the ice. Had a creme brulee with the whiskey, and it went well together. Thank you for the great conversation! Very close and warm place. Beautiful and very classy atmosphere. If you admire elegant and professional cocktails this is the place. Also, did I mention that this is the best champagne bar in Copenhagen. Overall, I'd say must visit for that classy evening.

An impressive champagne bar – with outstanding service! Impressive selection of champagne in bottle, luxurious interior and awesome atmosphere! (see my attached photos) We were recommended the best bottle of champagne we have ever tasted – and it was one of the “cheapest” on the “champagne bible menu” (875 DKK). The prices are as you would imagine very Danish and Copenhagen like but still worth it! The lady serving our table did an excellent job! After the visit, we were going to a restaurant for dinner. The lady ordered a cab for us and told us when it arrived. She even follows us to the cab and opened the door. During our travel around the world we have never experienced a service like that! The worst experience in Copenhagen for Saturday night!!!! Service?? They dont know what service means!!!! I still cant believe that this bar belongs to LAngleterre Hotel.

Amazing, the cocktails in this place are so good, if you like passion fruit go for the downtown abbey, absolutely delish. I would stick to the cocktails they have in the menu( ordered a Moscow mule as wasn’t as good as the other ones)

Decent restaurant within Christiania selling mains and tapas. We tried their small dishes the Gambas was the best while not a big fan of their fish. You can choose to sit either indoor or outdoor. The toilets ain't that great though as they're shared with the bar. Service was decent.

The space is ok. It lacks indoor seatings, which sucks when it's rainy, cold, and windy (as most days in Copenhagen are).

I just had a beer and a coffee there. The prices were average for the area, and the service was nice and fast. The atmosphere was cool, with some live music at that moment.

Food and atmosphere is great! Service is also good. I like their today's special which is veal with marshed potatoes. It's very tasty. Portion is big. Good for two persons.

K-Bar, on Ved Stranden 20, 1061 København, is one of Copenhagen’s longest standing cocktail institutions, with good reason. We were taken here by a regular, who specializes in bar hopping so we were in good hands. The best time to go is on a weekday right after it opens and take a seat in the small room to the side of the bar, where one's voice is not drowned by the music. To be able to carry a conversation without screaming was a welcome change. We felt well taken care of, and spent a whole hour sipping our cocktails and oblivious to the crowds that started to come in midway. We each had 1. So you told me (Calvados, Nixta Corn Liqueur, Jasmine Sparkling tea, etc) 2. Køvenhavner (Lemon Bitters, limoncello, vanilla, etc 3. P.C.Sidecar (That would be a Pear and Cardmon with Cognac, Cointrawy) and that was my favorite. plus a bowl of. truffled popcorn. And more importantly we had a great time. Bars and cocktails are not my thing, but if they were, this would be the place were I would be regular.

If you find yourself in Copenhagen, you should absolutely check out K Cocktail Bar! I strongly recommend The Last Rite of Santa Cruz (off menu), a wonderfully spicy twist on the old fashioned with Mezcal and Chili Infused Agave. Arguably the best drink I’ve ever had! Make sure to ask for Morton and Renate, the best bartenders in Europe! Just an amazing staff and the highest vibes!! A must visit!

Great cocktail drinks, location very central as well as the atmosphere very unique. Very lovely owner as well with huge variety of cocktails and options. Be aware that the cocktails are quite pricey. Paid for 4 cocktails about £60-65 so from my point of view the place is not to get drunk but to sip slowly nice cocktail and have a good chat

We enjoyed the cocktails here. The cocktail with champagne and ice cream was really nice. The old fashioned was a tad too sweet for me.

Probably the best bar in Copenhagen nested inside the Sanders hotel. You'll have an option to choose from a well curated cocktail list or order something classic off the menu - you'll get it well prepared by the professional bar staff. We've been to the place numerous times and it is a must have bar to visit while in town.

This a very nice - grown up - cocktailbar in connection to Hotel Sanders. Great location in a surprisingly quiet street next to Kongens Nytorv. You can sit inside or outside. We do prefer inside during autumn/winter - very cozy atmosphere. You can’t make a reservation so be patient or accept that you might not be able to have a place.

A hotel bar, it was quite busy, but bartenders cool and joking. I greatly enjoyed the W&P, a nice variation of a white Negroni. The asian Martini - don't recall the exact name - was very "tame" though ... too tame for a Martini.

WOW!! What an absolutely magical experience! I went to see the new show KONFETTI and it blew us away. Showstopping preformances, acrobatics, hysterical intertainmaint and audience participation. Paird with delicious food and amazing service. I can only recommend that you go and see it and try if for yourselves.

It is a great show and dinner party. Food is good and service is good and fast. The whole night goes by easily and the after party is quite good. Sometimes can be a bit boring for non Danish speakers as some of the shows are hosted/conducted in Danish (although for the most the songs are in English)

The service and the atmosphere were great! For me the music was a bit too loud, it was hard to speak and hear each other. To people sensitive to sound I recommend using earplugs. We were a big group of internationals and unfortunately we missed the big part of the show since it was in Danish (we were told that it is in English though, now we know :)). Otherwise, nice experience!

Having participated in this show previously, I've noticed some changes. Compared to the experience three years ago, the show's theme seems less engaging, and the overall presentation feels less exciting. I also have the impression that the quality of the performances may have declined.

Really an unique experience! Had a lot of fun in this show with my colleagues. Few words and few pictures can’t justify the experience of this event. I have visited here Friday evening, there were 4 course of dinner and the music & circus shows in between. Dinner was super delicious. Bar available at both the corner to grab your drink. Very engaging and entertaining event. Well organised and well maintained. I would love to visit again. Recommend to visit here if you’re looking for an entertaining event in Copenhagen, I am pretty sure you’re gonna love this.

I didn't expect this show to be so good! The performances were super entertaining and engaging, fun and interesting to all. I won't spoil but there is a lot of dancing and singing involved, good vibes guaranteed. The food was just okay in my experience, I had the veggie option which I felt wasn't as fancy and of good quality as the non veggie ones, but it was alright. Would recommend this venue and show to anybody!

A charming and atmospheric pub. It’s the oldest pub in Copenhagen and it wasn’t part of my itinerary but glad I’ve been. Had a quick stop to try a local beer while waiting for the rain to stop. There are several photos and memorabilia around the place. The staff were attentive- clearing the tables and taking out empty bottles from time to time. Would love to be back for brunch.

We selected the lunch option 3 Smørrebrød one beer for 95DKK. Due to the different styles of the Smørrebrøds, we changed half-half so we get 6 different Smørrebrød at the end. Nice authentic ambiente - we liked it!

COPENHAGENS BEST DEAL?!!!! After stopping at the tourist trap Vivaldi, overpaying for self service and mediocre coffee, my son spotted a sign at the amazing 300 year Hviids Vinstue. 3 open sandwiches and one beer for DKK 110 (14 euro). Served at your table by a professional waiter. Service is fast, courteous and kind. And of course, if you’d prefer a soda and not drink alcohol. That was offered as well. Did I mention the view over Kings Sauare?

I like a place that has served beer for 302 years, wine for 320. My daughter got me into journaling (a blessing and a curse). I pulled up a literal corner and sampled their wares. Beautiful old bar. The oldest in Copenhagen established in 1723. The mood is nice, perfect to go with a group of friends and just talk. There is no music in the background. The staff is nice. The place is decorated classically, I recommend take a few minutes and explore all the pictures and images on the walls, there is so much history.

Best gløgg in town! Central authentic bar close to Kongens Nytorv and Magazin du nord. Get there early and settle in and enjoy the atmosphere and scenery. Warning though: the gløgg kicks (but in a great way)

I was here for the first time on Friday late night. I liked it so much and I returned Saturday night too, and brought my wife who also loved it. Friendly and cool bartenders, nice thematic drinks, a great atmosphere and good music for our taste.

I was so happy to stumble upon this arcade bar I Copenhagen! It was pretty easy to get to by bus from cereal station as well 🚌 It had a bunch of awesome vide games that really brought back childhood nostalgia 😍🕹️👾 The payment for each arcade game was very smooth where you top up a game card at the bar which you blip on each machine. They had video game themes drinks which were so good too! 🍹🍺

Cool concept, fun machines — but the basement smell ruined it for me As a big arcade and video game fan, I was really looking forward to checking out Bip Bip Bar and experiencing a Danish arcade bar. In many ways, the place has all the right ingredients: well-maintained high score boards, functional pinball machines, and even a great OutRun cabinet (although the sound being off was a letdown). The overall concept is awesome — the decor is fun, the vibe is playful and retro 80s, and I could see this place being a blast during a busier night. But unfortunately, my experience was seriously affected by the strong smell of urine in the basement area. It was hard to ignore, and it really brought down the whole atmosphere for me. The upstairs bar seemed much nicer in comparison, and I imagine that on another day or with better ventilation/cleaning, the place could live up to its full potential. I say this with respect: I want this place to be great, and it’s really close. I’m hoping the team can address the smell issue so that other visitors don’t leave with the same reaction I had — because otherwise, there’s a lot to like here.

The best arcade gaming/bar I have been. Neat, fun place with many arcades to choose from. Reasonable beer prices and a contactless rechargable card system for playing the devices. Space for just sitting enjoying your beer available too. The staff was all super friendly and quick. Absolutely recommended.

Electronic club with underground vibe. The DJs selection varies from house, electrodisco, EDM to experimental hard techno. Selection of beers is poor but the drinks are good. Cone - as the entrance is free before midnight you might find here a random selection of people.

A lovely little speakeasy bar with a hidden entrance, tucked away behind a wall of graffiti. The cocktails here are excellent, with a wide variety to choose from, making it a great spot for anyone who enjoys trying something new. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxed, especially if you manage to grab one of the large couches. On my last visit, the music was a bit too loud, which made conversation difficult, but I think that might have just been the case that evening.

It was a beautiful summers evening so we sat outside and enjoyed two gorgeous, well crafted cocktails. Such a nice place to just watch people drifting to and from the meat packing district. The graffiti on the walls just adds to the charm of this place.

Small cozy cocktail bar. It doesn't look "fancy" from the outside, but interior is lovely and welcoming. Service was amazing, very helpful and polite staff. You can choose from quite a long list of cocktails, don't be afraid to ask, they will help you to choose the best option for your taste. Prices a not cheap (about 18-19 eur per drink), but it deserves the hype unlike some other places where you get some lemonade and a drop of alcohol.

I didn't go there for food, so can't comment on that, but atmosphere, service is brilliant and the cocktails always perfect to me. Furthermore, the place and service provides a familiar vibe, and no matter how busy they are, they always take their time with everyone and make everyone feel special. Love going here

Absolutely without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip to Copenhagen. We literally got off a red eye flight from LA and exhausted. However, we stuck with our itinerary and walked all over town to then show up for our reservation here. It was the BEST stop of the day! Albert was incredible. The drinks were memorable in the best possible way and we had the best start to our trip! Highly recommend!!!! They are drink magicians and good people too!

Really nice place, I only went in for a drink and to be able to sit outside for my Poulette burger. I had an elderflower kombucha, and it really hit the spot. The real win for this place is the toilet though, one of the best toilets I've been to, the decoration is just superb, has to be seen to be believed.

Pompette is the place to be 🍷 we have been coming here for a couple of times now and we were never disappointed. The place is so cozy, both outside and inside. The staff is always welcoming and ready to help you find which wine suits you best. We always take the orange wine, which is made directly by them, and we usually regret not taking a bottle haha. Bonus : take something from poulette, their burger place, after your “apéro”

Pompette strikes a rare balance: a compact but impeccably curated wine list, warm hospitality, and an unassuming charm that invites you to stay. The selection by the glass is thoughtful, while the bottle list offers remarkable depth. An essential destination for natural wine lovers in the heart of Nørrebro.

Food: The ricotta & anchovy plate was really good and very unique. The only issue is that the plate for whatever reason did not come with bread so you would have to spend another 50dk just for the bread. So, a total of 125 dk for a small plate. Wine: I really enjoyed the wine but I’m generally interested in not just traditional wine but also natural wine but if that’s not your thing, then you should skip this place. I do think for 75dk, the pours are SMALL. It’s not served in wine glasses but rather desert wine glasses? To be honest, I’ve never had normal wine served in these tiny glasses… shrinkflation? Service: I do agree with others that considering this is a wine bar, there is little to no information about the wine… it seems more like the type of place for tourists that just want to go somewhere trendy to drink any kind of wine. No information written or verbally shared about the wine. The only description is “bubbles, white, red, orange, rose”. I’d say a little ridiculous given the fact that this is a wine bar. There are so many “reds” and “whites”… also, the person working the shift was a bit unfriendly... not rude, just not welcoming. He made no effort to explain anything at all. I enjoyed it but I don’t think I’d come back.

First things first, the ricotta cheese with anchovies was such an interesting and surprisingly good dish to go with our wines choices. Ossau Iraty was dry-creamish that made our expectations as from the cheese family. Pompette is friendly, is easy going and is warm enough to gather with your partner/friends/family. My partner and I got to taste few wines that brought new knowledge in terms of natural wines, and liked the overall drinking experience. Pompette offers bottle opening service and if not, organic wines by glasses. The vibe is really appealing as you may see customers willing to sit outside (1 degree) and smoke and probably talk about life :)

Andy's was once an iconic bar with lots of history and a mixed crowd of rowdy youngsters, artists, politicians, late night sailors and other distinguished guests. Not so much anymore, it has honestly lost a bit of its charm these past few years. Still, it's one of the few bars open until early morning and prices were decent last time I checked. There is a smoking cabin for those of us with that filthy, disgusting habbit.

My favourite bar in town ! It s open until 6am and there is always a good ambiance. The bartenders are super nice and always smiling and happy to talk with us :) The price are super reasonable (not crazy as it could be in other bars) . The San Francisco cocktail is a must try ^^ And for the gamblers you can play with a wheel fortune and see to win a snickers bar or a vodka shot haha

Its a late bar. It sells beer at a good price. The music choice is rock/alternative. The staff are friendly as are the people who are in enjoying a drink. Be warned, smoking is allowed.

The cocktails at this place are crazy in the best way. You will be sipping on something unlike anything you ever have, if you pick from their menu of creations and don't just get something normal. Service was good, friendly, etc, as it was pretty much all over Copenhagen, and no exception here. The vibe of the place, as you can see from the pics, was fitting of the name of the spot, earthy, retro, and modern, all at the same time, somehow. Highly recommend to other people who are staying in the area, like we were in an air bnb

Gaia Cocktails is a beautiful, small, intimate and innovative cocktail bar that ticked all the boxes for us on a sprightly Friday afternoon in Copenhagen. Of the many eateries and bars that we have visited around the wotld, there was something deeply personal and quietly customised about our experience at Gaia. The menu has a unique list and blend of cocktails, that i had not heard of. The fancy glassware, serving displays, decor, colour scheme, use of natural materials, the limited number of tables and carefully considered seating plan within the limited space adds to the charm of it all. Having opted for the China Box for myself and my hubby the Jack In The Box, our mixologist Gustav, spared no enthusiasm or creativity in delivering the ultimate cockrail drinking experience. A great ambassador for his city and country, he made for a great conversationalist and added to our memorable interactions in the city. Located on Sankt Peders Stræde, Gaia offers a cozy atmosphere where guests can enjoy thoughtfully crafted drinks and a superb immersive drinking experience.

I had the best date with my husband at Gaia. The cocktails are not only amazing in quality but also beautifully crafted and cool-looking. We had: Black Pearl, Red Ferrari, China Box & one from the old menu. The whole vibe of the place is so chill and relaxing—it felt like the perfect spot to just enjoy the evening together. Staff was incredibly friendly. Cocktails were fun, delicious, and unique! The Narcos inspired cocktail came in a bag with fake US dollars and the Nat King Cole came in a pipe with dry ice. Highly recommend trying this spot!

Gaia team takes cocktail making to the new experimentation levels. All cocktails tend to have a presentation twist - either they arrive in a glass pipe or in a collectible race car model (!) or are presented out of a chinese noodle box - you'll have the wow and aha! moment. And of course, it all tastes great. You have a lot of options for cocktails in the city, but Gaia might just be the most creative spot. Definite recommendation.

Amazing drinks that were each presented in such a fun and entertaining way!! The vibe is so cozy with beautiful decor and lights on the ceiling. Staff was so kind and professional. It’s not just Vinhanen that’s great, it’s the whole area! Pop in on a Friday night and you’ll have to walk through streets filled with people enjoying foods and drinks from all over the world. Inside you’ll be offered a curated selections of wines and the bites to go along with them. Sit outside if the weather allows it, grab yourself some cheese and enjoy a beautiful glass in an amazing city.

Went here in the afternoon, it was quiet, only one other table there. I was welcomed by a lovely staff member who was helpful and friendly. Tried two different wines and ate one (of the three) warm dishes. All were great! It’s possible to try a wine first before you buy a glass which is great. All in all a great place to sit and enjoy life for a moment, either with a glas of wine or with something to eat, or both. Friendliness of the staff was a big pro for me! Thank you

Interesting place, the wine is poured from large tanks so they are a bit fresh to say the least. There is an interesting selection of both bio and natural wines. It feels a bit like being at a winery. Very casual atmosphere and place it typically busy. Had a German Pinot that was nicely chilled. This was my second visit. You can order small snacks like olives etc

Very nice bistro with a selection of wines from tap and a small selection of 3 warm dishes (one vegetarian), a salad of the day, or cheese/charcuterie selections. All very fresh, homemade and tasty. The ambience is very nice in a go-to neighborhood. The staff is very friendly. I very much enjoyed the experience and look forward to going there again.

Ask for an introduction to Port wines and you won't be disappointed. Lucas is knowledgeable and great at explaining not just the tastes but the history of the product as well.

Amazing little spot I didn't even know existed. Staff incredibly knowledgeable and happy to explain and introduce the world of Port wine at every table. We happened to be the only customers late on Saturday and got an hour and a halfs worth of port wine stories and in depth commentary. Highly recommended to sit by the bar.

Nice place, hyggelig atmosphere, sweet staff and a well curated port list. The place can improve by adding a li’l learning about port for the novices on the menu card, a li’l more introduction by the staff when ordering.

Good selection of portwines and the staff is friendly and knows a lot about the wines. There are taster menus and good atmosphere. There is a retro feel to the interior and the bar is non smoking and not too crowded, even in the weekends. Good place to go to share some nice port with good friends

Great wine bar. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they happily explain which port to get to beginners. Prices are fair. A glass of port will set you back 60-100 DKK, while a bottle costs about 500-800 DKK (or more if you get the really fancy stuff). I personally love the atmosphere: the place used to be a 'brunt værtshus', but it's been refurbished nicely to be cosy and pleasant yet unpretentious. All in all, it's a great place to spend an evening.

Went for a tasting event. The host Jesper was enthusiatic and a pleasure to listen to. Even though he had to limit himself to 2 hours. Lots of different wines at affordable prices, with the option to buy your favorites to take home. You will feel safely guided through the jungle by the knowledgeable and kind people!

Lovely find, one of my favorite places to hang out and sip whatever they offer. I think others will talk about the creativity of their drinks; let me talk to the balance. The drinks make every ingredient stand out; they're noticable and they go together. Fantastic balance, which means you sip and enjoy the taste. You then, when it's done, want the next one that has its own balance and craft. Lovely. We had two people who were non-alcoholic and they downed their drinks, a strong indicator that taste comes first here. I recommend every drink they have to be honest, and I wouldn't actually ask for custom drinks. Creativity is cool, but you should enjoy the craft and time that went into these recipes first. The bar's vibe is very sociable, with tables on one side and standing/high tables on the other side. Both are excellent; if I lived here this'd be a clear second date spot.

Pulp ! What a Cocktail Bar ! I was advised to go to this bar, by a Bartender, I am not disappointed with the trip. It is certainly a recent bar, but of high quality. Jonas the bartender will make you discover superb cocktails. I tested three completely different ones but I loved them all without moderation. The atmosphere of the bar is very good even if as Jonas says there is still work to do. I find already today is perfect as it is. !!! Pulp, Pulp, Pulp, Pulp !!!

Great cocktails, great service and great place

I couldn't be more happy to have found this lovely bar by an accident. The amazing stuff lady showed us the bar, gave us amazing seats, explained the drinks, and oh my god...we enjoyed every sip of them. Lovely bar, amazing interiour, creative barkeepers and like i said the nicest stuff. Thanks guys, we'll be back

This is hands down one of the best bars in Copenhagen, if not all of Europe, Dare I say, then entire world! I almost didn’t want to write this review because I don’t want to draw attention to this gem but I’m done holding onto my precious secret. I think it is one of the most world class one man shows, all done by the owner himself. I highly recommend the Bloody Mary. Coming from America where this drink is a staple, I have never again approached a Bloody Mary as delicious as the owner here makes it. He is always busy and welcomes in thirsty customers. I visited about two years ago and was impressed by how warmly and kindly he welcomed my sister and I for a night out and we still, to this very day, talk about Atze Peng all the time, dreaming of his drinks. I write this as I prepare to visit again this weekend in Copenhagen and I know I will be treated to a wonderful experience once again. Can’t wait! See you soon!

A very nice hidden gem in the Copenhagen bar scene. Great cocktails and a cozy and humble atmosphere. I pass this bar rather often, and I am very glad I finally gave it a try. I had a great night, and will definitely visit again!

Fabulous bar with a great ice program! Bartender was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and was more than happy to share his expertise in the drinks he was making. We spent hours here as the (accidental) final spot in our bar crawl. Small, cute spot. Would recommend!

What a hidden gem in Kbh. I had been looking for a place like Atze P for a long time yet without success. What a vibe inside. Excellent music, comfortable and discrete setup and no bullshit service. Ideal for calm conversations due to its elevated acoustic comfort.

The cocktail bar I’ve been looking for in Copenhagen! Hold the pretentious vibes and enjoy an intimate space with fantastic music with an amazing bartender. Every drink is created with the same meticulous attention to detail. Sit at the bar and enjoy the regular ice cutting, shaving and filing that only adds to the atmosphere!!

Wow, it's amazing. Everything is special. The bar, the drinks and also the owner. I think today here we had the best drinks I've ever had. I'm from Vienna, but sure I will come back and enjoy another of this really special drinks.

Great place for having cocktail. The menu is not extensive but the drinks are very well mixed and there is something for any kind of taste. Only exception are virgin cocktails, my wife once ordered a non alcohol cocktail, which at the end was just an overpriced juice (so stick to the real thing...). Staff is also happy to give some advise and is always very friendly. The bar itself is cosy and relaxed. Great place to meet some friends and unwind.

When I've gone there I've often been served various samples of what the experienced cocktail waiters were making. The attention to detail seems almost over the top, and the place itself feels like you've entered a mix between a luxury cabin in the woods and a designer hotel. The place shines especially in the early hours before it gets crowded. You can have the place almost to yourself from 6 to 7pm. - the menu seems daunting and filled to the brim with exotic combinations. The cocktail waiters are experienced enough to fulfill "Just make something sweet" and "I like this spirit, can you make something with that?" requests. Also a good place to go on a date.

Super neat, skillful bartenders, serving artsy drinks for fair price. Entertaining to observe the drinks in the making. Prices just around 100 kr. Also, they made an alcohol free drink for my pregnant girlfriend 😊

Fantastic cocktails and a fair price after all. A close resemblance is with the bar, The Barking Dog, but here at Gilt the atmosphere is more relaxed and chilled. I like that, also that the bar is hidden from the outside.

I've had outstanding service here in a very cosy environment. Unfortunately they increased the prices recently. Until then, it was perhaps the best cocktail bar in Copenhagen.

Best cocktails I have ever gotten. On the outside Gilt looks very unwelcoming,as it's hard to see that there is a bar, but on the inside, this place is a hidden treasure of beautiful interior, nice staff and superb cocktails.

Extremely sweet cocktails, always a long wait at the bar (15 to 40 minutes), cozy atmosphere, very packed. They forgot we had reserved the terrasse, so we ended up on a couch... don't get me wrong Fugu used to be very good in the days, now we can feel that it's a bit chaotic, too little staff downstairs, very very sweet drinks, about 120 kr per cocktail.

Definitely one of my favorite cocktail places in town, including a covered garden. Can be crowded in peak hours, but is otherwise relatively quiet.
