We were seated promptly at our reservation time which was great, however it then took took 10 minutes before anyone talked to us or got us any water. It took more than 20 minutes to get our first drink, and when my wife was given a chance to place her drink order they eventually came back to let her know that they were out of that specific cocktail. From there we went about half an hour without anyone checking in, and no one ever asked how our food was once it arrived.
