I couldn't even drive the car an inch after that. They had promised me it would be there in 4 hours but I was left waiting for almost 7 hours. I tried explaining them that we are in a very unsafe place in the middle of nowhere and no gas stations restaurants or hotels nearby and the closest town was several miles away but they told me if I left that place or arranged for a tow truck by myself then I would be liable to pay for it and I might be liable to pay for any damages on the car. So basically I was left with no choice but to wait for the replacement to show up. After all this, I sent them several emails to be compensated for this, all they did was deny any refunds without giving a reason. After talking to many other rental companies that were rude and unhelpful we finally found these guys; my girlfriend and I are both just barely under 25 which makes renting a car very difficult especially when you want to have more then one driver on the contract. They gave us a 2014 Hyundai Accent with less then 50,000 miles that ran perfect the whole trip. They ended up charging us even less then we originally expected.
