We went on a Sunday 9/14/2025 (waiting on our car to be serviced) drove by many times wondering about this establishment. Our bartender /server Regan was awesome. So was the rest of the wait staff. Large selection of beer, and nice menu. On the weekends they have a brunch menu. Next time I’d love to try the chicken fried steak! For lunch we tried 3 different kinds of beer, all wonderful. I had the cheeseburger and my husband the beef sliders. We will definitely return! Can’t wait to try other beers and menu items. Very nice atmosphere too with inside/outside seating. Very chill environment. Be sure to flip the menu over (2 sided) lots to choose from. They also offer happy hour pricing from 2p-6p

We stopped by Aloha Beer Company for happy hour on a Friday afternoon. We opted to sit indoors to take a break from the summer heat, but the outdoor patio is a cute vibe. There seems to be a mix of a local crowd and island visitors that enjoy coming this establishment. Service The service was good. Every person we talked to was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the team here really cares about creating a good experience for their guests. Food We ordered the crispy rice pupu topped with spicy ahi and jalapeño- a unique dish. One of the servers recommended the Italian sliders, saying they were her favorite. They were tasty, but personally, I felt they had a bit too much bread for my liking. Still, we appreciated the suggestion and loved that the staff took time to share their favorites with us. Drinks They seem to have a variety of beer options and I noticed some people were getting samplers to try different ones. My only wish is that they offered a nonalcoholic beer option. It would be great for those of us who don’t drink but still want to hang out and enjoy the vibe. Hopefully it’s something they’ll consider adding in the future. All in all, we had a good time.

Great place to stop in for a cold local beer with rotating special brews! Happy Hour started at 2pm-4pm with food items generally about $10. They have their own merchandise store with logo merch!

Great food, good portions & love that you can valet. It was the perfect prequel to an afternoon at the beach/kids play area. Their Beer Garden outdoor seating is well shaded so perfect for littles in strollers.

Came here two days in a row because the drinks were awesome and the place has a great vibe. The guy and the lady working in the dining area were both super nice. But the bartender (curly hair) was really rude both times. She acted like she didn’t want us there, which was confusing since everyone else was so friendly. On top of that, the drinks she poured were all over the place, the amount in each glass was totally inconsistent. Maybe she was just tired or overworked? Too bad, everything else was perfect, but her attitude totally ruined the experience.

I had a great cheeseburger with truffle fries. I topped that off with an ice cold Marzen beer. I enjoyed the Tap Haus Marzen so much that I bought a growler to take home. They also give first responders and military discounts.

Good beer (although I wish they had 8%+ options). Mediocre food. I had the grilled chicken sandwich + fish n' chips + beer cheese sauce fries. The sandwich was small (which is why I ordered the fish n' chips). Additional $4 for avocado, and there was maybe 1/4 of an avo on it at best. The bun was good, but overall it was just an ordinary chicken sandwich. The fish n' chips was better. The furikake fish is rly tasty. The fries are bad. Like, the worst kind of frozen french fry you can get. The beer sauce tasted like cheese sauce from a can. No smokiness, no discernable beer taste, slightly bitter. You rly gotta up your beer sauce game. Add some paprika or cayenne or something. Overall the food was underwhelming and overpriced, but the beers are good.

Maui Brewing is an awesome spot! They’ve got a huge selection of brews to choose from, with something for every taste. The space itself is large, open, and great for hanging out with friends or just relaxing with a cold beer. The vibe is laid-back island style, and it’s the perfect place to kick back and enjoy some local flavor. Definitely worth a visit if you love good beer and a great atmosphere! 🍻

We were looking for somewhere new to eat and wanted a delicious cold beer. So we decided to stop by Maui Brewing. The wait time wasn't long and we got seated in a cool area. We ordered some beers and appetizers and let ourselves cool down. The food was also delicious, this is a good alternative food option to choose from. I would recommend to stop by, it will also be for the experience.

Came here for a late-night snack after a long day of adventuring around the island. They have a great selection of beer, late night happy hours prices, and small plates. Also opened late...that can be hard to find on the island. We had the pizza off the appetizer menu. Good food and service and would definitely come back for the happy hour prices. However, it does seem to be more of a party place. The table beside us was full of drunk guys who were very loud and obnoxious. And despite the late hour, a bachelorette party arrived which was also loud and obnoxious (although not drunk). Furthermore, the live music playing was VERY loud. Even in the open-air atmosphere it was too loud to even talk with my partner. While the late hour and prices definitely suited our needs, the loudness was uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Of course that’s not the fault of the establishment, just be prepared that if you go on a late night you will most likely be sitting in an atmosphere of loud, drunk, obnoxious tourists with live music that might be somewhat enjoyable if it wasn't 1 million decibles.

Great spot. My wife had the fish tacos, I had the jalapeño bacon burger. Both were perfect. Food came out very quick. The beer was refreshing. We will definitely be back in the future. Cavan was our server and he was extremely nice and was quick to refilling water which made our experience great. Great job!

We came in hungry and Maui Brewing Co. definitely delivered. I ordered the achiote chicken MBC Nachos and… WOW. Piled high, tons of flavor, loaded with black beans, jalapeños, pico, and big scoops of guac and sour cream. The chicken had great seasoning, not bland like nachos can sometimes be and the chips stayed crisp under everything. Perfect beer & food situation. Speaking of service, It took about 15 minutes for us to get our servers attention but, Veronica took great care of us, friendly attitude, on top of refills, and had solid recommendations. The atmosphere is lively and the beer is cold, which is exactly what I wanted after a day in Honolulu. Would 100% come back for another round. 🌺🍻🌮

We had Maui canned beer at our local beer store, it's definitely on our bucket list to visit their brewery when we visit Waikiki! We are so glad to be able to do some flights to try their taproom exclusive beers! I personally like the Coconut Porter!!

I ended up at Maui Brewing Company by mistake—but it turned out to be one of the best surprises of my trip! The travel was absolutely worth it. I was seated quickly, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. The bar staff was incredibly attentive, making sure my food and drinks were in front of me in no time. It really topped off my night. Great atmosphere, great service, and an unexpectedly great time—I’ll definitely be back (on purpose next time)!

If you’re in Waikiki and looking for good vibes, great food, and amazing drinks, Waikiki Brewing Company is the spot! We ordered the pepperoni pizza and chicken wings, and both were absolutely outstanding—crispy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing (though you might not want to!). To wash it down, we tried a Lava Flow and the Ali Wai Mermaid—both were delicious, tropical, and dangerously easy to enjoy. What really made the night, though, was our server Jazzy. She was full of energy, so much fun, and made the whole experience even better. Her vibe matched the place perfectly—laid-back, friendly, and just a great time. Between the food, drinks, and awesome service, this place is a must-visit in Waikiki. Highly recommended! 🌺🍕🍹🍗

They have a nice selection of delicious cold draft beers. They also make other mixed drinks. We got some lunch here and everything we ordered was delicious. I ordered a nice Caesar salad with grilled chicken. The lettuce was fresh chicken was tender and the dressing was perfectly proportioned. I also ordered a burrito with the egg on top. Amazing. It's easy to hear each other in there. The wait staff are friendly and not pushy. We really enjoyed ourselves there.

Both food and drink were great. Great selection of beer and mixed drinks. The staff were great. Tha biggest downfall is that this is the second trip I have made here and still can't get a shirt because they did not have any. The staff showed me where they should be and joked about the lack of items currently to purchase. I'd really like a shirt but won't be in Oahu for a while and hope someone can reach out about this.

Loved it here! First things first, my server was wearing a Yankees hat which almost made me leave…. But I’m glad I stayed! From the moment I was seated, everyone was very kind and attentive. My server provided some great recommendations and I ended up enjoying a strawberry IPA, which was surprisingly good. I then ate the wagyu smash burger and it was huge and delicious. You also have to try the garlic parm fries!!! This was a last minute meal before hitting Cirque Du Solei and it was the perfect option. Everything about this place was good, from the food to the staff. Will 100% come back!

Visit to Waikīkī brewing company, the menu was large and happy hour deals were good. We went for two main dishes, I got the Mahi Mahi and the fish was quite dry and tasted over cooked. The meal size was average, could have been a bit larger. We sat outside - it’s right along the main road so can be busy with traffic. Inside, there was lots of sport on which we didn’t fancy sitting around as was kind of busy. I would rate this place as average for food, but a very good selection of beers may make up for it!

Very nice experience! Had the BBQ burger and it was SO good and incredibly juicy, but the highlight was the flight of draft beers (which also included an amazing cider). It is really good that you can choose the flavors. They also have incredible happy hour deals not only during normal happy hour hours but also past 9pm, and serve food until closing. It was lively even on a Wednesday. The service was absolutely amazing. Not only was everyone incredibly nice, but my server gave amazing recommendations and knew the menu really well. Great experience!

Great place to relax, take a drink and some appetizers. Full meal is great also. Staff is very friendly and caring.

Lanikai brewing is a awesome little brewing restaurant that has a cool little pizza oven outside with amazing selections of beer along with a full bar. Service was great! The pizza was good! All together I would totally recommend this spot to anyone on the island and tourist. Definitely a great spot to visit after a long day at the beach.

Excelente location to get a cold brew and a good crunchy delicious pizza. The beers types are what you expect from a brewery but there is something extra on each one of their IPAs, porters, hazy IPA, pilsner, hard cider and hard kombuchas that makes them unique. You may find their beers on Safeway but the brewery vibe is unmatched. Come and support your local shops you will leave with a smile and full of goodness.

Really nice bar! Delicious pizza that you can order from Valentina’s! The drinks were great and the waiters really sympathetic! Would definitely recommend!

Loved every beer I tried. This is NOT a tourist trap, this is the real deal if you love craft beer and cocktails. Service was great. Ordered bread sticks from the truck which were the perfect nosh.

We dined here on 5/26. A member of our group suffered a severe allergic reaction to food from Lanikai Brewing due to an improperly labeled menu. Our group went for beers and dinner, our friend is allergic to tree nuts, including macadamia nuts. We ordered a salad from the menu which was supposed to come with almonds, as clearly written on the menu. After it arrived unfortunately within bites it was apparent that the nuts on top were not almonds but rather macadamia nuts, which our friend is allergic to. She began to develop hives and nausea so we alerted our wait staff to ask if the salad had macadamia nuts instead of almonds. Our waitress reassured us that it was in fact almonds based on what was printed on the menu but did not check with the kitchen. When our friend began to feel worse we alerted another member of the wait staff who found out that the kitchen had switched to macadamia nuts but they have not yet updated the menu. At this point the wait staff were apologetic however did not make any attempts to make up for this dangerous and concerning mistake. At no point did the managing staff reach out to apologize or make amends. They did reluctantly allow us to have a trash bag for the ride home. We are beyond disappointed by the lack of professionalism and safety standards at this brewery, and caution anyone with food allergies to triple check with the staff and kitchen prior to eating anything here. They do have a wide range of beers.

We loved the fresh dough and beer. Food was awesome. Beer was awesome. We will come again.

This place is incredible! We spent some time at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and came here after for a late lunch. The atmosphere is super relaxed and much needed after spending so much time outdoors. Highly recommend the Bee's Knees wood-fired pizza and purple drink cocktail!

Really enjoyed dining here. The pepperoni appetizer was homemade and delicious, the burger was perfectly cooked and tasty, and everything else we had was also delightful. The vibe was great, we sat on the dock overlooking the boats. And all around great experience. Will be back next time I visit.

The macadamia crust fish was so delicious. Slightly crunchy, buttery fish, delicious sauce, nicely charred greens, and perfectly cooked rice. 10/10 would recommend. This restaurant was just a pit stop before getting malasadas from Leonard's but turned out to be one of my favorite meals in Honolulu. Great views too.

Visited Kona Brewing Company for a beer tasting using my Go City Oahu pass. One pass included a flight of four small beers, supposedly valued at $15 — maybe! I asked the waitress to surprise me with the selection, which was a fun touch. I ordered the fresh fish sandwich, and my friend got a salad. The fish sandwich was more like a fish burger, but it was tasty either way. Just a heads-up: adding a side will cost you an extra $2 to $4.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4-Star Review Kona Brewing Hawaii Kai is a beautiful spot with a great mix of good food, quality beer, and some of the best harbor views you’ll find anywhere on O‘ahu. We stopped in for a drink and a quick snack, and it ended up being a really enjoyable visit. The views alone make the trip worthwhile—there’s something special about sipping a cold beer while looking out over the water. We tried a couple of their beers along with the chicken wings, and everything was delicious. The wings in particular were a highlight—crispy, flavorful, and a perfect pairing with a cold Kona brew. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it an easy place to sit back and enjoy the island breeze. Service was also excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly even during the busier moments. The only downside, and the reason for the 4-star rating, was the merchandise area. I’m a big fan of brewery swag and was looking forward to picking some up, but the whole section was roped off and unavailable for browsing. It was disappointing to leave without grabbing anything, especially when I was ready to buy. Overall, Kona Brewing Hawaii Kai is still a great stop for good beer, tasty food, and unbeatable harbor views. A solid experience with just one small area for improvement. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!

Nice place right off the cove, the restaurant is very nicely decorated. There are tables on the porch over looking the water. Service was good, but not outstanding the food was brought quickly for our party of 7 and seated right away on a Friday night. I had the steak which had great presentation, but was overly tough and lacked in the flavor department. The garlic mashed potatoes were good and I substituted the seasonal veggies for white rice ( tried swapping for the Mexican rice but the cooks wouldn't allow it). The milkshake was terrible not really sure what was going on there but was flavorless and mostly ice and inconsistent not ice cream texture. My friend had the burrito to which he said was very good, probably because it had Mexican rice in it.... Most other had burgers of varies types with the overall opinion they were very good. Not an incredibly priced restaurant but be prepared to spend $30+min. Burger with 2 beers $38. Steak with a milkshake and dr pepper $56.

How can you have a restaurant that serves $25 hamburgers, with NO FRECH FRIES ON THE MENU? WHO wants white rice with a burger? Oh and the chips the give you? Maybe Lays, but likely an off brand from Aldi's. I got chips and salsa on a Saturday dinner trip, and they were stale! No pride in their food. Beer obviously was good; the food? No bueno. Skip it. Oh and this is owned by a $59.77 billion dollar corporation.

The waitress was great, the food and drink were amazing, the view from the waterfront deck was so enjoyable. This is a must and a great place to stop to relax anytime.

Stopped by Hana Koa Brewing during a work trip and I will definitely be back! The vibe is fun, welcoming, and relaxed. The perfect mix of local charm and creative energy. The food goes way beyond typical “brewpub” fare. Every dish that came out of the kitchen looked delicious. I had the Pork Belly Sliders and they were excellent! I sat at the bar and have to shout out my bartender, Lil Viking, super friendly and I appreciate the food recommendations! Parking is close and on the side of the brewery. I was there during the day so it was easy, but I imagine it fills up quick during peak hours. Merch: Definitely check out their merchandise area. I went home with a shirt!! Hana Koa is absolutely worth the stop for great food, great drinks, and great people. 🌈🍺 PS: Their brunch menu looks amazing as well!!

Good place and great beer, especially if you like hazy IPA's. Cloud Monster and Another Adventure were my favorites. My food was fantastic! Had the October special Green Curry Plate. Good heat but not so much as to obscure the taste. Highly recommended and hope to be back.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Oahu! Great beer and amazing food. I highly recommend the garlic shrimp plate with beef short ribs. The ribs were incredibly tender (and boneless!) and flavorful, paired perfectly with sesame seasoned bok choy. The purple mochi daze had a unique and interesting taste, definitely worth trying as well!

Best beer on Oahu, maybe the best in Hawaii? The food was also the best we had while we were in Honolulu. Prime rib the size of my whole head for $32??? And it was gorgeously cooked. If you like craft beer, you have to make this a destination while you're visiting Hawaii.

The beer is excellent, easily the highlight here. Great variety, great quality, and clearly award-winning. Unfortunately, the service doesn’t even come close. We arrived around 9:15 pm and sat at the bar. No greeting, no smile, just, “the kitchen’s closed.” The bartender was more focused on cleaning than acknowledging customers. After we found menus and ordered beers, we were grudgingly informed that the kitchen was actually still open. We ordered fries which, by the way, the menu says are available until 10 pm. The second bartender wasn’t any friendlier. The overall vibe was like we were interrupting their night rather than supporting their business. We paid, I tipped (out of habit), and instantly regretted it. In short: phenomenal beer, but the service kills the experience. A place this good on tap deserves staff who actually want to be there.

If I could give this more than 5 stars, I’d personally petition Google for it. Nakamura's Marlin Toast at Hana Koa isn’t just food — it’s a full-blown spiritual awakening on toast! The smoky marlin practically melts on your tongue like it’s been training its whole life for this exact moment. Every bite had me questioning all my past life choices that didn’t involve ordering two more of these. The texture? Immaculate. The flavor? A love letter written by Poseidon himself. Pair it with one of their beers and you’ll ascend straight into flavor nirvana. If Hana Koa ever takes this off the menu, I’ll chain myself to the bar in protest. The Lil Viking in the kitchen has perfected this dish! In short: it’s not “just” marlin toast — it’s the reason I believe in second chances and happiness. THIS TOAST IS A TRUE WINNER on the menu!

Great staff, and nice fresh take at the new spot. I’m glad that they never left the University area. The addition of a food menu is certainly a plus, but what happened to their signature popcorn? Bring back the popcorn!

The beer lab is amazing. Their beer is great and the wings are some of the best I've had. Idk how they get it so crispy on the outside while being so moist on the inside. Falls right off the bone. And their sauce is supreme. Reasonably priced (for Honolulu) as well. 10/10

Beer Lab is an awesome brewery. This location had a very good beer selection and the food was delicious. Pablo was super knowledgeable and helpful when picking beers and discussing them.

We’ve been here twice. Both times it was pretty busy, but the wait was reasonable. It is pretty loud and dark which made it a little challenging to have conversation and hear each other. The food was pretty decent. We ordered several items. The Chicken Tenders and the Spicy Jambalaya were especially delicious. We also ordered the pretzel, which was a little pricey for a pretzel, but it was rather large. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was pretty dry, hardly any sauce, so I wouldn’t order it again, but I would go back a third time and try something else for sure. They did have a big selection on the kid’s menu: Burger sliders, chicken tenders, Mac and cheese. Our servers were very friendly and attentive considering how busy things were each night.

I stopped in at Yard House and ordered the small chicken salad along with a side of sweet potato fries. The “small” salad was actually quite generous in size — fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful enough to feel like a full meal on its own. It had a good balance of ingredients, with the chicken cooked just right and served in a way that felt both hearty and light. The sweet potato fries were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, and they came with a maple syrup dip. That was a first for me, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise — the sweetness of the syrup paired nicely with the savory fries and gave them a unique flavor profile compared to the usual ketchup or aioli. Service was another highlight. The staff was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and seemed genuinely welcoming, which made the overall experience more enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable enough for conversation, with the upbeat energy you’d expect from Yard House. It feels like a great spot whether you’re there for a casual bite, watching a game, or meeting with friends. Overall Impression: Good food, unique touches like the maple syrup dip, and excellent service make Yard House a solid choice. I’d definitely come back to try more menu items.

We enjoyed it so much we came back the next day! The price and offering was right for Waikiki. The whole family found lots of options - nice variety on the kids menu and a special gluten free menu and a beer menu for dad. The brussel sprouts were amazing! The kale Caesar was also very good. The service was good and fast and if you lacked anything you could order from the tabletop stand. It is very very loud in there so don’t look to converse much, just eat and enjoy!

This place never disappoints. The beer selection is as large as any place I've been. Add to that happy hour prices and it's perfect to catch the NBA finals game. Our server was wonderful. The happy hour portions of food were very generous.

Everything in this menu is fantastic Mason was our server and he was THE DUDE! fast to get our order, great with the recommendations, and was just a chill guy. We mentioned we are in Hawaii for our anniversary and at the end of our dinner he got us a gift a oreo cookie brownie ice cream and it was amazing Ive had alot of servers the are great, but Mason was one of the best for simply being personable and caring. The beer choice is one of the best in Hawaii, and there is so much variety in the menu that there's a meal for anyone in your family. One of the best places to stop in Waikiki!

Guacamole & chips turned out to be a big portion, which was good. Not enough guacamole for that amount of chips, though. My companion's noodles with shiitake mushrooms were delicious.

The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. Only thing I didn't like was the lighting. It's difficult to read the menu and need to use your phone light to see. You have to try the beer of course, very tasty!

Great variety of beers on tap! The refrigerated beer cans selection was super fun and has changed a lot since I was there in early June (2 months). They have a lot of really good San Diego beers, and some good NA beers too! Staff was friendly & helpful. Suggest finding street parking.

Pillage bottle shop is such a sick spot for pub food and amazing beer. The selection that village has is endless. They have an amazing selection on tap from local to other breweries from all over the place. Can’t go wrong with getting flight and they even let you sample the beer. They also have a little market that you can buy beer or all types of drinks that they let you drink at the bar or at your table. The food is also amazing!! You really can’t go wrong when you come to village bottle shop.

First of all, they have to trivia on Tuesdays, which is a pretty cool vibe. I initially stumbled upon this place by going there for an Oktoberfest event, and I've been pleasantly surprised ever since. The space is very clean, and the coolest part about this shop is their incredible selection flexibility. If you're not digging what they have on tap, you can select literally anything from their massive options in the refrigerators. They will charge you a nominal $2 corkage/service fee to put it into a glass for you to enjoy right there! Another great feature is that they even have some hard seltzer options if beer and wine are not your thing. It's also conveniently located in SALT Kakaʻako, so the energy and atmosphere around the area are pretty cool. Definitely a good place to check out for any craft beverage enthusiast!

I want to love this place, but we need to agree to just be friends. It's me not you, really. You've got an awesome beer selection on and off tap. Perfect location. Nice crowd with interesting people. But I'm a simple guy. I like a pint of beer that tastes great where I can just sit and chill with friends. When I'm with you, I feel inadequate. Like I'm supposed to know which combination of hops are best or appreciate the interplay between the citrus notes with earthy woodiness. I'll come visit for sure, but you and I are on different paths. But, ahh, I do keep coming back. Like googling an old flame, I sit, reminisce, and enjoy the moment. And the past. And wonder about the future.

Great spot to get a huge selection of local and international beers. Nice tap selection plus bottles can be consumed on site. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Village Bottle Shop is such a cool hangout spot inside SALT at Kakaʻako. It’s a beer lovers’ paradise. There’s tons of beers on tap, plus a fridge full of other drinks (think seltzers, Hawaiian specialty brews, non-alcoholic options, and more). It has a super laid-back vibe, it’s easy to grab a table, and everyone working there is friendly. Perfect for grabbing a drink with friends before dinner or just chilling on a weekend.

Fun place for beer or other drink selections. On tap and from cooler. Parking is easy and validated. Good tasty little snack food too.

First, you should know it's in a mall. I didn't know until I got there. Which by itself is not necessarily a bad thing, but it's not the same as some cool little pub on some side street somewhere. All of their beers are either their own, or collaborations with other local breweries. You know the good and bad of that if you spend any time at all in local pubs. Fortunately they are very kind in offering tastes so you don't have to commit to a glass you may really not like. Fortunately, their gingerbread Stout (I forget the name) paired very nicely with the Kahlua pig flatbread. While not inexpensive, I can see possibly returning next time I'm on the island.

Salad was good, huge portion on the katsu and kimchi fried rice. Mac salad was a little over peppered, but was still good. The app to order food from the table was down and it was a little difficult to get a server. Given a place setting with fork and napkin but no knife. Came here via the mall, but the mall closes at 8, so make sure that you’re not parked on the roof or you’ll have to walk around the mall towards Ross in order to get to the stairs back up to the car.

I have come to Beer Lab every time we come to the island. Have never had a bad beer from them. Always excellent choices and always something new. For me, they are the best brewery on the island. The Hall had amazing food, and the lechon and chefs noodles were very good. The staff was excellent. We will continue to come back and try everything they have new.

We went there for the beer and decided to get appetizers. The beers were average. The wings were small, the cheese dip was bland, the ahi was disappointing. The pretzel was tasty, though! I think I had high hopes, so the disappointment was more pronounced.

The beer, food, and service were amazing! I love their willingness to try new things with their beers!!

We were looking for a quick bite to eat after visiting Pearl Harbor, and found that and more the Beer Lab. All service was great along with the food. We had the fried noodles, which was a mountain of noodles and meet, and the spicy Asian chicken sandwich. Definitely had some spice to it. Don't pass up this place! 🤙🏻

Atmosphere 10/10, happy hour is the best value and pupus are really yummy. We also enjoyed a few of their cocktails. I recommend the Berry Guri cocktail for dessert. The lechon, garlic fries and kalbi were all done well but would’ve liked a bigger portion for the price.

This is absolutely the best brewery we have visited and we've been to many. The military decor is outstanding there are even telephones that will give you a bit of a history lesson.

More than a brewery, a Brewseum. A WW II Brewseum to be precise. Not a huge beer selection, but more local beer than you could need for a few hours of R&R. Affiliated with the Wiki Waki Woo Speakeasy and Home of the Brave museum. Don’t let the location or difficulties finding parking keep you from this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Glen is doing a great thing here, preserving the memories of our greatest generation, I love this place and the people here. Janet and Glen seem like old friends and are great hosts. My wife says Glen makes a great Mai Tai, I had some excellent craft beer. The Mexican food truck was outside the night we were there it was very good. Get away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and visit this great place.

*Most fun I had on Oahu* Speak easy is cool and very friendly staff. Selection of pours is limited but alcohol options are unique and themed Navy & WWII style. Bring your buddies and check out Glen and Janet.

Really awesome museum with a fun speakeasy upstairs. Janet hosts downstairs while Glen works the bar. They are both incredibly friendly and remember us by name every time we visit. The drinks are unique and delicious, the museum is fun and interactive. We love visiting the speakeasy, ordering tacos at the truck outside, then stopping at the brewseum next door. Absolutely must visit for all military stationed here and all those visiting. Great place to bring visiting family, and a great place to bring your friends for a night out. We'll be back for more!

I don't know what was wrong with me, but I didn't take any photo of this really cool place! I did however find a short video though. It's definitely a gem in Hawaii. I loved all the vintage displays and the concept of this place. When you first enter it seems like a cozy vintage war museum, but upstairs tucked away is a speakeasy with a secret passcode (it's 3 knocks, a pause and then another knock). The speakeasy also has an outdoor patio where you can sit outside. I didn't have to get any beers since this place closes by 8pm, but I did see their brewery in the back and found it neat that they brew their own beer. What really impressed me about this place was how everything was decorated that made it feel like I was in a different era. The bartenders themselves are also in uniform. I'll definitely be back here to try their beers! Also just as an fyi parking is rough since there's basically no spots right in front of the bar, so be prepared to walk a few blocks.

I’ve been to Pint and Jigger multiple times and it’s always been great. Just recently I had the bone marrow appetizer and it was delicious. The staff is always friendly and the whiskey selection is phenomenal. Highly recommend!

What a gem! Enjoyed a diverse and reasonably priced flight of 0.5 oz pours of 2 Japanese whiskies and 2 scotches. Service was excellent and gave great recommendations. Went early while fewer customers were around and it filled up pretty quickly. Definitely will return for more tastings and food, too!

I stopped by this place in the hotel where I was staying at night alone. I asked the server for the beer and chose Maui Brewing Bikini Blonde. And I ordered Pork Tenderloin. Pork Tenderloin had good ingredients and tasted good. The beer was light and easy to drink. There were various people inside the Pint, and everyone seemed to be enjoying the conversation. The servers were all pleasant and comfortable.

Totally amazed at the variety of whiskies with custom barrel picks that brought thunder. All of our food was terrific as was the service. This recent visit has only cemented as a must-go place especially since they moved to an easier location in Ala Moana shopping center.

We loved this place. Me and my friend stopped in before our 50's function that was taking place there at the Ala Moana hotel in the hibiscus ballroom. Are bartenders names were Dave and Max. Great guys! Fantastic drinks. My friend had an Old Fashion and I had an Expresso Martini. We enjoyed their company so much that we are going back very soon for a function being held at the Pint and Jigger - also a 50's themed party. We loved the atmosphere and our next time we will explore the menu.

The menu is unique and everything is tasty. The staff checked on us frequently and have great recommendations. This is different from a typical hotel bar and much better. There are great areas for small groups and large parties as well as individuals who want to sit at the bar. The atmosphere is great and you can avoid the noise by sitting in the side room by the shuffleboard table and picnic benches.

While just trying to have a night cap we stumbled across this wonderful hotel bar / restaurant. We were staying at the Ala Moana Hotel and never expected this nice surprise ! Wonderful kind of old west fancy decor, huge walls of booze options with a focus on Old Fashioned’s that I love, and the pupu’s were amazing ! Music was great too. Highly would recommend this bar whether you’re staying at the hotel or not. The fried pickles were awesome !!

People who say the islands do not have a good brewery have obviously not been here! This is legit! If you are trying to find a beer that actually tastes like the style it was meant to be brewed in you will love this place! The place is super small in terms of Barrel Capacity which means your favorite beer will probably be gone in a week or two but you will find something else you like almost guaranteed! PS - The service was great as well

Awesome place to hang out with friends. Great service and reasonable prices for local brews. On Thursday they play Battleship Bingo and give out prizes when you are the first to sink a ship (battleship, cruiser, destroyer, submarine or aircraft carrier). Last man/woman standing that has at least one ship not sunk also gets a good prize. The MC for the bingo game made the game interesting and interactive 😎 Off the beaten path but well worth it. Go on Monday, Wednesday or Friday and take the museum tour!

This is a great place for a drink. But this is so much more than a speakeasy or a bar. This is a living and breathing museum. Beautiful and accurate artifacts

Such a solid spot! History buffs, cocktail lovers, and craft beer fans unite. There’s a little something for everyone. Part interactive WWII museum where they encourage you to pick up piece up, sit on and wear pieces of history, part speakeasy, part brewery. They also do battleship and trivia! It’s a must to check out- for locals and visitors alike. The individuals who run it, the Tomlinson’s, are such sweet people. Their love for the era and drive to keep this part of important world history alive is incredible. Go check it out- you won’t be disappointed l.

Absolutely the coolest place I've ever had a brew. Drop yourself into the 1940s and enjoy the ambiance. Attentive staff, unparalleled experience.

Maybe the best tacos I have ever had. With batter and huge pieces of fish. The sauce is a little spicy but not too spicy. And a great basket of truffle fries, crunchy and soft in the middle. Service at the bar was great and the place has a nice low key vibe. Located on Ala Moana and Keawe Street in a block full of restaurants, bars and shops. Very cool.

Loved everything about the restaurant! Every employee we came across was SO PLEASANT. Opening the door, a smile, a hello, a thank you! Bonnie, Casandra and 1 more employee I forgot her name.. customer service was 110% food was an A+ I would highly recommend this place !! You all should definitely try MOKU! Okay, this is my go-to spot for fresh, flavorful food in Kakaʻako! I’ll be honest… the last few times I went, I was a little disappointed because the portions felt smaller and my order came out incomplete until I reminded them. But THIS last visit? Hands down the best I’ve ever had at Moku! The portions were generous, the food came out hot and delicious, and the service was next-level! I got the rotisserie veggie plate with shrimp which was grilled, fresh, flavorful, and totally worth the price. Also got the house made ginger beer which wasn’t too sweet and definitely packed a spicy punch! But the real star? Caroline, my server! She was incredible - friendly, upbeat, so attentive, and seriously knows the menu inside and out. I have multiple food intolerances and she made sure everything was safe for me, double and triple-checking with the kitchen. It’s rare to feel that taken care of! Give Caroline a raise or make her the gold standard because she completely elevated my Moku experience and restored my hope! If you haven’t been in a while, GO. They’re back and better than ever!

Ok, so sorry but the food we had in Honolulu was not the best, and we went to several places. Food is really bland not much flavor. Then on our last day we found this place, the vibes were great everyone was so friendly. Then came the food it was delicious and full of flavor. Highly recommend this place. The steak was cooked perfectly!

This place was 10/10, they had the best ahi tacos and their crème burlee was also very tasty. I would 💯 recommend this place , the service was also very good. Their pizza was decent , but they have so many other better fine tune curated dishes that are worth trying

Moku was a true highlight of our Hawaiian vacation; seriously the best food, and drink, of the entire week! We went during happy hour and it was AMAZING! All the appetizers were half off during HH making them an incredible deal! We tried 8 things off the HH menu, and fell ridiculously in love with every item! The Ahi Poke tacos were easily the best I've ever had, anywhere. The Moku Mai Tai was $9, definitely the cheapest you'll find in Waikiki!, and was also the absolute best on the island; that passionfruit foam was to die for! If I lived in Hawaii, rest assured I'd be a regular here! Go, you won't be disappointed!

FOOD 3.5 An eclectic mix of pastas, pizzas, and Asian fusion dishes. We ordered bulgogi sliders, French fries, fettucine with tomato and basil, margherita pizza and ice cream sandwiches. All fairly decent with no issues. SERVICE 4.5 Server was very attentive and accommodating. Other staff were also very attentive and warm. ATMOSPHERE 4 Typical noisy brewpub atmosphere with plenty of service staff. OVERALL 4 I would go back for sure. Make sure you register your license plate to receive parking validation.

Wagyu beef burger was delicious the fries were bomb. Everyone I went with said their food was great. They had comedy night as well which was kinda of cool. Waiter was fast. I would recommend making reservations if going on a busy night as they don't have a ton of seating. Beer and drink menu was massive.

It's best if you get a reservation. The food was enjoyable and the beer selection was satisfying. I'm a cider drinker myself and they had a pineapple cider which is top notch.

Mouthwatering burgers and crisp fries! Can’t go wrong with that combo! I hadn’t been to Square Barrels in years and man have I been missing out! The burgers were very flavorful and the buns were so nice and soft, but also still had that nice little crispness on the edges. I will not wait years to visit again.😅

Been wanting to try this place for awhile now. The wait was worth it. The service was very good, bartenders and the wait staff was very accommodating. Beer selection is on point. 50+ craft beers either on tap or bottled. I went with a chimay blue, very nice. Food was excellent. I had the Wagyu burger and buddy had the cheesesteak. Both where very good. Prices seemed on point for Hawaii. Definitely be back for another burger or have to try that cheesesteak. Well done guys.

Came for drinks, didn't get any food but would come back to try. The bartenders were very nice and attentive. They have trivia night on Tuesdays starting at 630pm so it's a little crowded then but fun.

Love this place. Yummy burgers. Truffle fries ... yes! Great assortment of beers. Parking can be validated. Price can be steep for the burgers but they are so worth the price. Order the Wagyu burger. So ono. Staff and service is great!!!

The Wagyu burger was just O.K. Nothing to write home about. Certainly not worth 20 bucks... And 8 more dollars for fries with truffle oil... Meh. Don't get me wrong O ate everything, but I won't go back. The beer selection was really good. Lots of local brew on tap.

This spot offered both indoor and outdoor seating, and I really enjoyed the experience. While the food was good, the menu was on the smaller side, making it better suited for grabbing drinks. The drink menu, however, was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. This spot is perfect for a fun time with friends or just relaxing and unwinding. The service was excellent, with attentive staff, and the atmosphere was laid-back and inviting. Whether you're in the mood for casual drinks or a chill hangout, this place is a great choice.

Stopped in for beverages. I ordered 2 Rogue chocolate stouts. My husband had 2 Firestone Walker mind haze IPAs. We ended up ordering the soft pretzel which came with cheese sauce and fried pickle chips which came with a spicy dip. Service, food and beer were delicious. Great cozy atmosphere. There's also an outside seating area. With tip, bill came to $80.

The food was excellent (the truffle fries may be the best we have ever eaten) and the service was also great. I had the fish tacos and my wife the chicken club. The only complaint was the smell inside. We did want to sit outside but they didn't have service available then. The inside had a faint smell of garbage, or something like that which was very unpleasant. I got used to it but my wife didn't. We would go back but would definitely want to sit outside.

First time here was pretty good, but for a Wednesday night...not too busy. Was able to grab a table. Though the table and bench area had quite a bit of food crumbs. Not one cleaned unfortunately. Service was okay, tried to flag our waitress from time to time...for a long and narrow restaurant it's pretty hard to get missed. Lol For drinks, they have a wide variety of beer, so you can definitely find something that interest you. I wasn't too interested that night, got the dragon something cider. It was light and delicious. Easy to drink. Bar food was delicious. Our group got the Brussel spouts, fish and chips, truffle fries, and blacken fish sliders. All were good. What stood out, but i forgot to take a picture of it was the pickles. Rather than fried, we got it, not fried (lol not sure how else to say it 😅) and it was surprisingly delicious. Slightly sour with heat from the chili or habanero and crunchy. The blacken fish sliders was my next favorite to eat. Savory and had a nice char, I'm definitely ordering it again. I definitely recommend this place over Off The Wall for craft beers and definitely a contender to hana koa brewery (second floor).

Great brew pub with good food, friendly people and nice atmosphere. Had the scallop risotto and the beet salad with chicken on top, along with a few beers. Highly recommended..!!

Came here on a Friday night. It was pretty packed. Also came 15 minutes before 6pm. We asked whether we could still order the happy hour specials. Our waiter gave us time to study the menu and decide on our beer flight. Amazing selection of beers hailing from local/regional breweries! The appetizers are very large. We could have gone with just 2 appetizers but ordered the fish sliders too.

We visited this place quite accidentally because our hotel was evacuated during the Tsunami ‘25 in Honolulu, Oahu. We felt especially fortunate to find this place while walking after we took Ubers inland for safety. Many many places closed down. It was slamming when we arrived and they handled it with smiles and efficiency. There were 12 of us in our group. Our choices were all over the menu . The food was absolutely amazing as we discussed what we were eating. The bartender was awesome—-great drinks. They did a fine job under the crowded circumstances to get the food served. A special suggestion from the bartender was that the mushroom Swiss is the best burger on the island. I agree. Later we learned the owner offered to let employees leave early because of the tsunami warning. That was the right thing to do and showed definite respect for the employees and their well being. Several left of course. Strangers and family helped them fill staff openings when the staff left to be with their loved ones, jic. Because of the tsunami’s projected arrival. They let us hang out on the patio for over 7 hours well after the dinner hour until we got the all clear that the Moana Surfrider opened up for us to return to our hotel rooms. The tsunami didn’t develop to shorelines but we got the experience of a lifetime. Definitely a 10 star place that we won’t forget.

We had a really great experience at Monkeypod in Honolulu! The tacos were tasty, and the burger was absolutely delicious. It’s a very family-friendly spot, and my wife and kids enjoyed it just as much as I did. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the restaurant has a beautiful ocean view. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the table we were seated at. There was a large pole blocking our view of the ocean, and when we asked to be moved, we were told no right away—even though another table had just opened. We would have happily waited for it to be cleaned and set so we could enjoy the view. That said, the food and vibe were excellent overall, and we’ll definitely be back.

We went to Monkeypod Kitchen at the Outrigger for our wedding anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and located right by the ocean. You can enjoy a gorgeous sea view while you eat. If you avoid peak hours, you can usually get seated within about five minutes. Our waitress Daisy was so sweet, kind, attentive, and thoughtful. She really made our day special. We truly appreciated her warm service. The cheeseburger was amazing. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor. Daisy recommended the banana cream pie and it was incredible! The fresh local bananas made it extra delicious. Everything about this place the food, the view, and the staff made our anniversary dinner perfect. Highly recommend! 🌺💛

It was truly a memorable evening that my family and I will cherish. As the sun set over the ocean, we were delighted to have a lovely table right by the water. The ambiance was wonderful, creating the perfect backdrop for our family dinner. Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals; they were nothing short of fabulous! Additionally, having our granddaughter with us made the occasion even more special. I must commend your staff for their kindness and attentiveness. The service was exemplary and added to the overall positive atmosphere of our evening. We left with full bellies and happy hearts, and we look forward to returning on our next visit. Absolutely need to eat here if/when you are in Waikiki! Not only was the food amazing and delicious but the service and atmosphere were great! This restaurant is literally right at the water’s edge. We were fortunate to sit right at the open window to Waikiki Beach- waves were gently rolling into the wall that was less than 2 feet from us. The sun had just set and we enjoyed the twilight’s glimmer across the water and boats off the coast. The service was spectacular from the engaging young lady that sat us to the attentive Eli who was our server. My wife enjoyed an extremely generous dish of Saimin- with great noodles in a delicious broth with fresh broccoli and tasty pulled pork (yes I cheated and couldn’t resist trying her her dish - and was glad I did!) The fresh fish (they get fresh local fish each day!) for the Macadamia Crusted fish was Hebi - which I had not had before - was very tasty. And the sauce with the fruit blend was perfect. We topped it off with a great chocolate cream pie (that they added just little Carmel sauce just under the crust - subtle but tasty add) Highly recommend you eat at the Monkeypod Kitchen Waikiki for a fabulous meal and amazing view/location. You will be glad you did!

A Lovely Spot: Monkey Pod I'm so glad I stumbled upon Monkey Pod! This cute restaurant has an AMAZING view, and the service is top-notch. The staff are friendly, attentive, and the manager is a rockstar! Try their Passionfruit Foam - it's a taste sensation! And, OMG, their Mahi-Mahi Burger is delish! Fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection... except for the soggy fries (just sayin'). We also tried the Jerk Chicken, which, unfortunately, needed a bit more cooking time. But the manager was super cool about it and gifted us a comp card to come back and try more dishes. We took them up on that offer and went back for potstickers, apps, and drinks - everything was yummy! Service was consistently great, and the atmosphere is just lovely. If I were you, I'd go for drinks, apps, and the Mahi-Mahi sandwich or burger - that's where they shine! Worth a visit! P.S. As for me, I prefer my Mai tai’s on the sweet, so Mai Tai cocktails at the Dukes or Mai Tai bars are still my fave!

Stopped in for a light lunch after walking around Waikīkī. Bulgogi tacos were flavorful and had a great fresh taste with the added jicama and jalapeño. The shrimp with the cornbread was decent. The bread dished up a little too much of the oily sauce, so mostly had to eat the top portion. Located right on the water, and the view of the surf and surfers was beautiful.

The kalua pork pineapple pizza was delicious. The Maitai was yummy, loved the foam on top. You needed it for the perfect blend. My boyfriend ordered the margarita pizza (which in my opinion was the wrong thing to order in general because I think that’s the most boring order ever, but he claims to like margarita pizza) but anyways, he said it was one of the worst executed margarita pizzas a he’s ever had. We also shared the bulgogi tacos which were flavorful. However, he has a sweet tooth and couldn’t make a decision which pie to get and we just went with the traditional banana crème. But the server was so sweet and brought us both the banana one and the orange one. And I loved the orange one. Definitely a cheesecake texture for the that one rather than pudding texture like the banana one.

Nice selection of beers and excellent food. The largest chicken wings I've seen and the smoked flavor is really good. There are only a few parking spots in front of the building. Nice mix of indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of TVs.

I come here often to fill the growler with their porter but this was the first time I sat and had a meal. Service is great, food is great, and the beer is phenomenal. If you’re lucky enough to come while they are brewing beer, the aromas are heavenly. The menu does vary by days and times of day so make sure you check the upper corners of the pages to make sure you’re getting what they offer. Parking is limited so ride sharing is optimal. With that, this is most definitely one of my favorite spots on Oahu.

Loved the laid-back homey atmosphere of this small brewpub. Seems to be a spot for locals. There’s a tiny bit of parking out front, and it’s walkable from some of the other attractions in the area. Combination of sheltered/indoor and outdoor patio seating. Good variety on tap, and had some solid vegetarian food options. If you time it right, they have great happy hour specials! Service was excellent and folks are all very friendly.

Dive bar brew pub atmosphere with an indoor bar and outdoor seating. There is a small but varied menu with typical pub appetizers, sandwiches, pizzas, and plates. I found their beers to be tasty but average, with the highlight being a spicy jalepeño ale offering that was smooth and vegetal with a balanced bite. The pork sandwich with house bbq sauce was very good as were the chicken tacos and jalepeño cornbread (definitely try). The kids menu pizza was a good 10 inch pie, Overall we had an enjoyable experience and we would recommend stopping in.

Great brewpub. Parking nearby can be a hassle but it’s also walkable from further parking areas in Kakaako. Their happy hour deals are pretty good but the fact that happy hour is all day on Mondays is awesome. I tried all of their core beers between flights and glasses, and I think I prefer the offerings from other local breweries more. The food was great though, the jalapeno popper pizza had a nice kick and the smoked wings were huge and had a great flavor.

So glad we found this place! The mojito was so refreshing and generous in portion. The beet poke was so tasty! The wings were peppery and included a choice of dip (ranch, blue cheese, or bbq sauce). We look forward to coming back! BTW...the playlist was great too! Check out their daily specials!

Parking on this street is tough to find but it’s worth the walk from a parking spot far away - great selection of standard and seasonal craft beers, and some of the best barbecue on island! We got the sampler because we couldn’t decide - it was all very good but my favorites on the plate were the brisket and ribs. The sides are extra, but do yourself a favor and get the potato mac salad - that creamy dense goodness is almost decadent in its richness. I didn’t get the ice cream sandwich, thinking there would be other desserts at the other neighborhood breweries we planned on visiting, but I was wrong. I’ll be back for the ice cream sandwich!

I met Ashely when I was selling human touch massage chairs at the Waipio Costco. Over the course of my roadshow I was listening to her pitch about her family’s liquor so I pulled the trigger and bought 2 bottles of the Hawaiian moonshine, 1 bottle of the lilikoi vodka and 1 bottle of the coconut vodka and had them shipped to my place in Florida. I plan on taking these to Korea as gifts but drank 1 bottle of the moonshine and it was great!!!!! I drank it straight up and it was nice and smooth. I highly recommend this distiller and liquor.

Great time.. great flavors and friendly staff. The dogs are super cute. Random location, glad I found them though. I went for the Chili pepper Vodka and the Hibiscus Vodka. Went home with 2 bottles. Support local!

Found this place that was off the beaten path. Small operation with a friendly staff. Bought a bottle of a hibiscus spirit to bring back home.

Pulled up skeptical, left with a ton of good stuff. Walking up we were welcomed by the owner and his 3 incredibly friendly dogs, my wife was sold. Plus an Archie comic reference to boot. A great distillery with a passion for good spirits now I was sold. Thanks again we will see you again soon!

CLOSED Update april 2023. Dropped one star. Happy hour diminished so its so so. Service down a bit with new staff. Overall still good Great selection of beer. About forty beers on tap. Good happy hour every day. Friendly. Lots of specials. Still good August 2022

Arrived ten minutes before the grill closed, however, the wait staff was still attentive and let us place an order for our party of 8. Everyone enjoyed various beers and the food was delicious. My only disappointment was the blue cheese dressing for my wings and salad. It was definitely low quality and probably from a plastic bottle. The wings were so good so it was a shame the blue cheese dressing was so deplorable. Would definitely visit again though!

Update: we went here twice during our stay. You can’t beat the extensive beer/ales/drinks repertoire. Loved trying 3 different types of beers, and cheaper than most bars. The kalua pork tacos were delicious and the buffalo chicken wrap wasn’t bad, maybe could of done with a bit more chicken, but had just the right amount of spice. Great, attentive service. Busy, buzzing atmosphere. Sports on the tvs and a dart board. Would return and recommend for a casual evening.

Staff is super friendly. The food is good but it's a limited menu. There are 95 beers on tap, really good selection. 4 red wines and 4 whites also on tap. You can get your growlers filled here but unfortunately, like everywhere else in Hawaii, they don't have a grower fill station and just fill from the tap. The prices for the growlers are a bit high. I think it's about on par with the prices at WF.

Didn't eat, but went in for drinks at the bar and good conversation. I got great drinks and great conversation with the bartenders. They were all so cool and funny. I didn't really need it but got a Grawler. Great for keeping my wine cool when I walk down to the park. The place was very clean, spaced, and good bathrooms for a beer joint with so many Taps of beer. Parking is ok just over the garage, but can get full. I'll come again, just a great hangout spot.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this bar while waiting on dinner. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Environment was very chill and laid back. There is plenty of space in the restaurant, but we decided to sit at the bar. We didn't order any food; just drinks. We got the Long Island Iced Tea and the Guava Margarita with a touch of li hing powder on the rim. Both drinks were delicious. Perfect balance of all flavors. Definitely recommend visiting if you are in the area.

Nice spot, lots of beer options. Typical sports bar. Great place if you want to watch some NBA games without too much of a hassle and with some good beers. Promised the people working there to come back a second time, but i couldn't fit it in my schedule anymore.

Music is hit or miss. Dance floor is often happening, sometimes not. No rhyme or reason. Great to have all the scenes in one place: dance floor, outdoor bar, and rooftop lounge. Pretty spot on.

It's been a while since I visited Bar 35. Sat at the bar with friends and had a wonderful time. It has a live entertainer (a singer) tonight and he was awesome! Had the pork belly and Brussels sprouts--both were delish! Will definitely go back more often!

Worst customer service ever. I presented my Drivers License and the door guard kept it asking for another ID. When I asked why he said there was something odd. He then got incredibly aggressive with other patrons saying that we were too close to his butt and he had a hundred things going on right now. Eventually his boss came and said there was no issue with my state issued drivers license. I will never visit this place again with this person working security. Pure incompetence

Managers are incredibly rude and stuck up. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want bad service and shitty managers that don’t give a shit about their jobs or employees. Just Horrible people .

When this bar first opened, it must've had the most expansive beer selection in the state. I still think it boasts a pretty large selection of beers to try. What's more, they have a nice selection of pizzas to snack on while imbibing the various bottles of beer available. The location of the bar is convenient for downtown office workers to grab an after work drink. But, it's a great hangout for those coming into Chinatown as well. The area has improved a bit in the last decade due to the recent gentrification that's been taking place.

Its a dive bar, crowded, limited seating, wasn't a bad place but too small for the amount of people they allow in. I couldn't walk anywhere without a wall of people.

Bar 35 can’t read ids. Brought out his pamphlet book, flashlight, AND his manager and they both couldn’t read my real id. They held my id til cops came. Had to call the cops myself to get the Id I flew to Hawaii with back.

I spent $50 to try it out went with 2 other guest and bill was split including tax and tip. I got 1 beer 1 small stuffed mushroom ( set of four mushrooms) A piece of a pretzel 4 slices of pizza Atmosphere not inspiring or interesting. Food way over priced . Menu says pretzels $14 ok I tried . They bring you out 1 small pretzel not PRETZELS . A small Pizza $27 -$28 A small salad $18 . So if you have a 3-4 people one would need to order 3 pizzas , 3 pretzel and 3 salads .if you go in hungry. Service friendly but they take off from your table so fast and you wasn’t finished with other guest order while other guest wants to order a drink. But hopefully they get their rhythm down .

Loved the beers - we tried a flight of 4 beers of our choice. Loved the Hi-Fi west coast IPa Food - taco Tuesday from taco invaders was amazing! They were able to accommodate my vegetarian restrictions and came up with sweet potatoes tacos, which was incredible! My husband had lamb and chicken tacos which he loved. Service - amazing! Very friendly, homey vibes

Man...this was sad. I got very excited when I saw this was kalihi brewing. However....their drink selection is 5 beers, 3 of which are IPAs, 1 lager that is borderline terrible and a kolsch that I didn't even bother trying. Food is outrageous expensive. 27$ for pizza (24$ for just a pepperoni or cheese). I didn't try them but the guy next to me has one. Was not impressed by any stretch. They used to have a dang good smash burger...which as far as I could find is only on Saturday(?). Almost no decor, just a bare bones brewpub now. Lastly, sat at the bar. Bartender took drink order quickly and got the drink quick....then just never came by again. The only plus side for this place is...the beer is cheap...which I guess is good? B/c none of the ones I tried were very good. Which is a shame at the old location they had killer beers and a great selection. Definitely do not intend to come back.

Nice little brewery tucked away in an industrial area of Honolulu. The beers were all solid and they have cans available for take away. For food, they have several Mexican options including tacos, etc. We had the chicken quesadilla and a chicken salad, both delicious. They offer flights and have seltzers for non beer drinkers. My favorite beer was the relentless double IPA.

I went during their soft open. The beers are the best part, but when I went the menu was still limited. In my opinion the available beers were too "heavy" for the hit weather. There were a lot of IPAs and cider, so I ended up drinking one if the few lagers I found on the menu. There was basically no line fir service, so my group was served our drinks and food (pizzas) very fast. I expect this place will only get better as they brew more batches of beer to round iut their menu. Also, there is convenient parking at nearby municipal lots.

Great brewery right off Dillingham and walking distance from chinatown. Nice core selection of beers and food, nice surprise coming on satueday for the smash burger. It really is one of the best burgers on the island made with big island beef. There is plenty of parking since it's a quiet side street and the staff is super friendly and helpful

Stopped here post hike for some brews and food. This small Brewery is attached to a home brew shop and the atmosphere is adorable. Overall they had a great selection of great tasting beers. The food was shockingly delicious and came out quickly! The side of French fries could have been shared with at least 4 people. Happy this brewery was a little outside of the busy city!

Great place for pau hana drinks after work. Dont like drinking in Pearl City but this place has a great whiskey selection and a great vibe. Coworkers love this place and the prices are fair compared to other places in the area🤙 Located in Leeward Bowl, not what youd expect. Place can get packed and noisy on the weekends but the bartenders are quick and knowledgable. 4 stars🤙

This place entrance is right next to Leeward Bowl entrance. It has a nice bar and tables toward the back. The bourbon selection is pretty nice but you have to check with the bartender to see what they currently have. The prices for the whiskeys they have I thought were very reasonable. I had a Kolsch and an EH Taylor single barrel. The crispy pork I had was very tasty, it had fresh sliced white onions and green onions. The dipping sauce for the pork was nice. Overall, if you are looking for a good whiskey selection, imo best on the leeward side, and some good pupus, this is your place.

I have dined at Italian restaurants all over the world. The food here is as good as everywhere. Large portions, fair price, and great food. The service was A1. Very clean restaurant, friendly staff.

One of the unique bars on this side of the island, not what you would expect connected to a bowling alley. It's a whiskey bar, with a very low key atmosphere. The bartender is very knowledgeable and the selection is very decent. They should find a better location to bring in more business, but then again it might be too crowded then.

You can't beat the beer and whisky selection. Nice bar atmosphere. Great service. My son had a flight of scotch that he enjoyed immensely. I loved the Scottish dark beer. Good place for conversation, pupu's and trying some good beer/whisky or scotch. Nice, laid back atmosphere.

Pretty good selection of whiskey and beer. Decent food. Great bartender. Probably one of my favorite places outside of downtown. The place confuses me though as far as decor and atmosphere. It's chill, but I don't know about the neon lights, sea foam green paint scheme, random music selection. I think they need to figure out what kind of feel they want to go with and commit to the vibe. Will keep going though for the selection/price ratio alone.

After a meal, it's nice to have a relaxed atmosphere where you can easily come for a little more to drink. The pretzels are huge, soft and salty, and the sauces that come with them are very tasty, especially the garlic-flavored sauce, which is irresistible. 04/25/2024The next day, we went back for more. of that delicious pretzel again. Despite having already eaten, we managed to finish the pretzel and now we feel like our stomach is about to explode.😂

Best Hawaiian pizza we have found near Waikiki without driving. Thin crust with good flavor and the price is close to other places. We got it to go as the customer service was not appealing. Hostess didn’t seem like she wanted to be there, but everyone else seemed to be having a good time.

The pizza sauce is a little spicy. I like it that way but just a heads up. The flatbread was fine but was nothing special. The website said they have wings and burgers but they werent on the menu there. Beer was good. Service was good. Atmosphere was decent.

Just go to Kaka'ako (their primary location) if you can - 3 miles and a world different. Loved the other location, so, by comparison: sidewalk seating only, limited beer selection, limited merchandise, no fresh fish, higher prices per pint, and difficult bathroom access. It's different from others in Waikiki, but meh.

Of all that I liked was Hefeweizen beer and live music (but it was not convenient to talk, as it was too loud) and we moved. When we moved to another table, our bill changed, we could not understand what was the matter for a long time, the waiter did not answer the question asked clearly, but in the end everything ended well. Didn't like the food. Service is average. The price is too high for this quality of food.

This was a nice place to visit but a little disappointing. The staff were not very engaging, the beer was ok, the pretzel was tasty, the Kahlua pork nachos werr lacking. Maybe if there was more Kahlua pork and less jalapenos it would have been better. Staff does not come by to check in, it was solely reliant on using the QR code and website. You could go to the desk if you needed something but that was it. Hopefully this was a fluke as I believe there is a lot of potential here.

Had a great time here on one of our first nights in Waikiki. Right in the center of a fun, touristy, shopping and dining area. Self-seating outdoor tables with QR codes for odering. Friendly staff checked on us too after quickly bring out our first round. I enjoyed the Aloha brews I tried and its great that they have delicious cocktails too.

Great little brew pub in the shade! Got a flight of beers that were all IPAs. My wife got the house salad with chicken and I got the smash burger with fries. Very good food and great service.

Enjoyed Waikīkī Brewing Company next to the Hokulani where we stayed. We got some great dinner there. The wait staff was great and attentive, the weather was nice, a nice breeze amongst the umbrellas. Plenty of room for our granddaughter’s stroller. The food was prepared quickly and served hot and fresh. You’ll love it!!

After competing the Honolulu Marathon back in December 2024, I slowly made my way from the Finish Line at Kapiolani Park back to my Hotel at Ala Moana Boulevard. However after trekking the streets of Honolulu for more than 8 hours in the warm weather, I was famished. Walking along Kalakaua Avenue I came across the Waikiki Brewing Company. I took a seat in their outdoor area and ordered a celebratory Mai Tai, Hamburger and Chips. It was one of the best and memorable meal I ever had.

Great service, a little windy our server Sarah recommended the chicken bacon avo and it was delicious! I am not sure why the reviews are so low because everything was on point. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick affordable bite and beer.

Food was good, beer was ok and service exceptional but prices that make you feel bad when you get the check. Eating outdoors isn't recommended as it's right on the busy street, loud and annoying. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Service was horrible. was treated like i was stupid. there was a girl with a hat that was very rude and a man with a hat was also very rude. He treated me like a child and i was offended. Cussed very mean slurs at me and i was not having it. NEVER COMING BACK DO NOT COME HERE 0 STARS. SERVERS WERE NICO AND KIRA FIRE THEM. Stopped by for drinks right when they were opening for the day. Outdoor seating only with good shade - the patio is next to the entrance to Long's drugs. Attentive staff, reasonable beer menu with brews on the bitter side but enough options for everyone. Can't beat their all day $7 cocktail prices.

It's hot and clammy, beer is overpriced, and the place seems somewhat dirty to me. However some of the happy hour food deals are good value, but the place doesn't seem to be very clean.

Great beer list, decent food with a college crowd and friendly service. Not my jam but not bad.

Thursdays are pretty packed. College Crowd. Little bit of a dance floor in the back, and arcade games-darts, skiball, pool, etc.

Watched the Finals here, Game 7. Loved everything about it...great, local atmosphere....cool crowd. I will go back.
