The below describes today's experience but is pretty representative of a typical visit. Before we were even seated, we were asked if we would like to "start with a coffee" (sometimes it's orange juice). Presuming this would be approximately in line with local prices, my friend and I said yes. We then sat down, received our coffees, ordered a full breakfast each and were asked how we would like our eggs and toast. After enjoying just a breakfast and a coffee each, the bill came and amounted to £44.40 in total. It appears that we were not only charged £5 extra for the toast (total) but £9.40 for two coffees! It would appear that we were given the guest bean coffee without asking and charged 50p for oat milk (which was mentioned on the menu - which we didn't get to see until after we actually had the opportunity to sit down). I just loved that it was a family idea and team effort. The cocktails I had, dirty lassi and espresso chaitini, were gorgeous! Creamy, full of flavour & made with Scottish based spirits; it really made for the perfect combination of the Punjabi flavours with a Scottish twist.
