Update; We've been here many many times now and the food is always pretty good and going thru the drive thru is usually pretty fast and they are always friendly at the window. We came here for dinner on July 21st. We got our food very fast. All the Hamburgers and fries were pretty good. The chocolate cake was good too, but it was pretty small. The place was spotless clean, which was very nice. They also had some nice background music playing.

Ordered through the drive through was asked to pull forward while our chicken tenders cooked after paying. Got our food got home and noticed we were missing one of our burgers as I started passing our the food to everyone! I checked receipt to make sure it was on it and it was. I called and of course told I’m sorry you can come back and get it. Well that’s not very convenient especially when I got hungry people who want their food now!! I asked for a refund but told they can’t do that without the credit card in person! I’ve definitely had other restaurants refund to credit card if unable to get back without any problems but apparently Carl’s Jr isn’t up to speed with technology in 2025! So either way I have to go back there at some point for the sandwich we paid for or the refund that’s just ridiculous! I’ve only been here twice in the last few years and they got it right 50% of the time. Well like the bag says eat like everyone is watching because they are they want your burger!! And this time they got it, I gave up mine to my family and made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich!! Thanks Carls Jr Signed Hangry Woman

Place was clean and food was better than most fast food places. Lady taking orders was not necessary rude but could definitely use some customer service training. Would eat here again if I was craving this specific chain. People at Freddy’s down the road are far nicer though.

Grew up with a Carls Jr down the street from our home in So Cal, glad there is one here in Texas. I don't remember the food being as greasy they should try not skimping on the barbecue sauce.

After being in Texas for over 4 years and not knowing there's a Carl's Juniors about 10 mi from me blew my mind! I grew up on Carl's Jr in California a western bacon cheeseburger to me as one of the best cheeseburgers you could ever get, So after leaving San Antonio Riverwalk on the way home we stopped by Carl's juniors I purchased my beloved western bacon cheeseburger x2 call my wife I'm just going to save him for later and I ate them before we even got halfway home. Make no mistake the western bacon cheeseburger is awesome beyond words. I'll have to say that the burgers were rather dry there wasn't enough barbecue sauce you need to put a little more barbecue sauce on that burger. My suggestion is just get a side of barbecue sauce when you order. I am leaving this review because I am going to Carl's Junior cuz I had a craving for a western bacon cheeseburger I can't wait to sink my teeth in that hamburger!

Thought I would try you'll after a 10 shift at work. Extremely disappointed. My first thought was how cold burger was after a 8 minute drive home and honestly thought 'they don't even ATTEMPT to make it look appetizing'. Meat tasted not fresh and every item on burger was just soggy and not appealing. Too many burger places to be happy with a sandwich like that :(

Today was officially my last time eating at Carl’s Jr. The food is overpriced and honestly awful. I ordered a small Super Star meal and it came out to $13. For that price, I expected at least a decent meal—but what I got was a flat, sad burger and maybe 15 fries in the "small" portion. The only thing that hit the mark was the Hi-C fruit punch. I won’t be giving Carl’s Jr. another dime. If you’re debating where to eat, do yourself a favor and skip the regret—head next door to Chick-fil-A. The wait might be a little longer, but the food and service are worth every second.

First time we ate here and the burgers were decent but a bit small. The drinks were solid, but the fries we received were not that hot. Just a little parm thrown on them. The truffle aioli was amazing and the green chili queso was good although not hot enough. The system upon ordering is a bit confusing as you place the order with a person ..all the way at the back of the restaurant. A gentleman approached us and asked us where we wanted to sit while we were ordering, and the whole thing was just a bit confusing. I feel like the seating part should be done at the door. And even the food ordering We had a good time nonetheless and enjoyed the food and may be back!

The Diablo Bowl was absolute fire — bursting with flavor and spice. The shake and burger were also excellent choices. Overall, a fun, casual spot with a creative menu and ordering system with feel-good vibes, home made and sustainable practices!

The wagyu smash burger was incredible. The combination of flavors just melts in your mouth. Lots of options on the menu so there is something for everyone. Appreciate that the ingredients are locally sourced. Staff is super friendly. The fries alone are fine, they have a good crisp to them, but the homemade condiments really take them to the next level— definitely try the chipotle bbq sauce or the chipotle mayo!

Tried Hopdoddy Burger Bar in Austin after hearing the hype, but honestly, it didn’t live up to expectations. The burger was underwhelming, especially the cheese, which was a melted mess that ruined the flavor and texture. Sweet potato fries were a letdown too—over-salted and overly greasy. On a positive note, the service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food didn’t deliver, and I won’t be returning.

Was, Ok was expecting better...tiny portions ..meat had no seasoning, leftover greasy fry bits , had to hunt for catsup, condiments should be on tables. Plating on a tiny tray made it look even smaller...overall presentation...sad..Sorry but Habit Burger way better and Shake Shack way better ..If a place is going to try to be upscale you need to up the game ..

Went during happy hour on Memorial Day and it was fantastic. There was basically no wait, and the cocktails were all half off, can't be it! We ordered a Goodnight, El Diablo, fries (don't forget the truffle aioli!), and a Big Larry, each and every item came out perfect and it was very cheap. EL Diablo was quite hot, I wouldn't get it if you're faint of heart. I've been to a few other Hopdoddy's in Austin and they have been somewhat hit or miss, but this location did not disappoint at all, I'll make the trek out here rather than the other spots.

I was so excited to try the truffle fries and burger, but was let down :/ Meh. Truffle fries lacked the truffle flavor and didn’t have enough salt. Sauces were bland :/ Good portion size though. OG burger was ok. The patty was small, a little dry, and lacked flavor. The bun was decent and fresh veggies were prepped and presented well.

I have lived in Austin all my life, watched Dazed and Confused, but have never eaten here. I was in the area today and figured I would give it a try. The burger was good, but nothing special. I make way better. I did like the onion rings and fries. The customer service was really good.

As a native “north of the river” Austinite, I’ve had many Top Notch meals over the years. Nothing fancy just consistently good with shakes that taste like the strawberries were just picked that day to be churned into ice cream. Tonight, same food, but I sat in their hickory/bbq sauce on my seat…yuck! Yes, I should have looked but I was busy chatting with the rest of my party. I’m sure I’ll be back… but fyi, watch where you sit

Alright, alright, alright these charcoal hamburgers are dang good!!! Not only is this place amazing but is in the movie Dazed and Confused. Love the atmosphere takes you on a blast to the past and the staff is also super friendly and helpful. They saw I was taking photos so also gave me a few stickers as well as a souvenir ❤️

Fantastic charcoal grilled burger. Chocolate malt was perfect. Beer battered onion to wings were also great. Staff was efficient and nice. Oldie but a goodie.

This is not going to be a popular review. The restroom and the eating area was not as clean as I would like. The staff were very nice and sweet. We had no issues getting what we ordered which was fried chicken with french fries and fried okra, a cheeseburger with onion rings. And then we had two chocolate milkshakes. The hamburger was okay, a little bit between a Whataburger and a P terries. The fried Chicken taste was good but the chicken meat was not as hot as it should have been and it seemed like it had been sitting under the warmer for a bit too long, by which I mean it was a little dried out for fried chicken. I don't like things spicy but it was also even a bland seasoning for me. The onion rings were amazing, big hot thick juicy onion with a delicious coating. The fries were the type I like, but they just weren't hot enough and not really very fresh. The fried okra was good . The chocolate milkshake was delicious. The food was fairly expensive for what we had. We paid a little over $50 including the milkshakes. We also had two sodas.

a 70's drive-in or dine-in place I randomly found. I ordered a cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. quite "Top Notch" in my opinion (other than the fact that the patty was thin, however this is "fast food" so it reduces cooking time). Despite the reputation that fast food attracts, low quality and all, this place did not fail my expectations. I have read some reviews talking about how the food was mediocre but do you really expect quality from fast food? Another note, you can't compare this to better quality fast food restaurants such as In-N-Out because the presentation of the restaurant and the food is truly unique. It's one of the best fast food places I've found in Austin so far and I will come back when I get the chance. edit: The food somehow did not make me feel sick afterwards. the food is always great. made to order and very fresh. onion rings are excellent and the chocolate shakes are very tasty. I usually order the number 2 combo. My favorite. however, yesterday I ordered the spicy burger. It just might be my new favorite.

When I first walked in, my perception was good: calm atmosphere, everything clean and organized. It was my first time, so I started ordering little by little. First, I ordered a chocolate ice cream and the Wisconsin cheese curds, and right at that moment I witnessed something very uncomfortable: one employee was loudly yelling at the new girl that she had to ask the customer for the ticket, while another, when the new girl turned her back, looked at her with a very obvious face of “you’re new and that’s why I don’t like you.” Both treated her poorly in front of the customers, which clearly gave the impression of a bad work environment and a lack of respect. It’s worth mentioning that the new girl, despite being treated badly, was actually the one who gave the best service of all. After that, I ordered onion rings with the signature sauce and cheddar cheese sauce, and everything was great. The only uncomfortable part of the system is that when ordering online through the app, there’s no option to indicate that I’m dining inside or provide a table number; I had to go to the counter and give my name to get my food. Then I ordered a ButterBurger combo with fries and Coca-Cola, which was good, and I finished with a vanilla ice cream with strawberries, very tasty. The bathroom was also clean. Overall, the experience was good and the food met my expectations. However, that attitude between the employees ruined what otherwise would have been an excellent experience. The staff is the life of a business, and if there is no respect towards customers or even towards their own coworkers, it directly affects the quality of the service.

Stopped in to try their new veggie burger. It was quite flavorful and better than expected. Also had their jalapeno cheese curds. They were also good.

Caiden & Bre'nyiah were both welcoming, friendly and took time to answer my questions on menu items. They were very nice to me and I watched them interact with 3 senior ladies who came in for dessert. They were so kind and nice to the older ladies. You don't see that too much nowadays. But I truly appreciate their kindness to the ladies. I stopped in for a late lunch at 2:58 pm, on 10-10-25. They were not very busy but the drive-thru lane had several cars in line. I placed my order and only had to wait a few minutes before it was ready. The restaurant is very clean. No debris on the floor. Tables were all cleaned. The ladies room was clean and well stocked with TP, paper towels and soap. The food was delicious, And made to our specifications, we had a sourdough melt, onion rings, single hamburger and french fries. Very tasty. Thank you, We will be back soon again.

This place never disappoints. I’m a long time customer from another state and I’ll take their burger over any fast food joint around. Quality matters, and it’s better with butter!

Easily one of the worst Culver's experiences I've had. Usually you can count on the quality there but I guess that's why they started not giving out receipts. Burger was flat as a pancake and had obviously been sitting there for a while judging by how cold it was and how the grease had seeped into the bun so much. Edit: How fitting. They give a false email address for complaints along with not giving receipts for customers to take back products.

I was so excited to try Culver's for the first time, especially the curder burger which I ordered. But once I got home and I had my burger, I noticed it was missing the curd patty. That was the whole reason I was so excited. Very sad and disappointed, but the burger was otherwise delicious.

Very food! The burger was very home style and well smashed with even crust. The spicy chicken was very yummy. The shake was silky and thick in texture, very good in taste. I honestly enjoyed everything. The vibe inside a little like a comfortable diner.

We’ve been in for drinks before but tonight had time to try out the food. I have friends who rave about them and I finally get it. The kitchen staff are all super cool & make it fun. I liked watching them mess with the tourists. lol. These are the biggest and best quality burgers I’ve had in years. The bread is fresh, burgers cooked perfectly, and toppings are great. We loved the sweet potato waffle fries with Parm on top! The basket was huge and more than enough to share for 2-3 people. We sat in the back patio & it was a nice little oasis where you didn’t feel like you were in the middle of the city. Can’t wait to go back!

Remember to Tip. Even if your order is to-go. It's worth it. The burger is the truth!! I got the Chicago burger!! The simplicity and quality!! Pattie done well and proper, crispy and juicy too. You can cut the burger into twice and it will hold, that says a lot. Absolutely no unnecessary sauce, still tastes heavenly. Also, I got the wings too and honestly. This is the best Buffalo wings I've had!! The simplicity too. No unnecessary breading, the buffalo sauce remains the best I've had! Only regret was not tipping proper!! We were visiting for a reunion and this was our 'Hair of the Dog' lunch location. We came to the door and noticed a small pup on a leash inside, and since we had a service dog in our party asked if they could get the owner to contain it while we went by. The bouncer helped us immediately and we trooped in to an upstairs location. Even though it was an off time it was slammed and the music was hopping. Pool tables had games running and the kitchen window had a line. A bartender suggested we try the outside patio for a quieter place to nurse our hangovers and wait for food. We set up several patio tables outside and proceeded to enjoy our cold drinks and a quieter environment. The decorations outside definitely didn't match the interior dive bar vibes but both seemed to flow oddly enough. The only suggestions we would have would be to lower music volume a little longer for food orders being called (it was hard to catch names) and add some misting fans outside. Thanks for treating us to some amazing burgers and brews! It was a treat!

The quality of this burger is unrivaled. The beef itself tastes so fresh and delicious that the toppings are a just a side note, although still equally fresh and delicious! This was my first time back in years and I was so pleasantly surprised that nothing had changed! 🙌 Still delicious, still badass, still authentic Austin. Love this place.

Casino El Camino is an Austin Legend. Right on 6th Street in the heart of everything — but far enough down that you can actually get parking. Huge win. The vibe? A heavy-metal, dimly lit, Austin-weird kind of bar. Totally unique atmosphere. Don’t let it fool you though — the FOOD is what makes this place world-class. The Spicy Burger is unforgettable. Juicy, bold, dripping with flavor. One of the best burgers on planet earth. The Spicy Fries with tomatillo sauce? Beyond belief. You’ll want to lick your fingers clean and order them again and again. My friend flew in all the way from London, and the FIRST spot he wanted to hit was Casino El Camino. We had gone here during my wedding celebration years ago, and he remembered it so vividly that it was top of his list. We ended up coming TWICE during his short stay because it was just that amazing. This place never misses. Burgers = Epic Win. Fries = Game Changer. Atmosphere = One of a Kind. Always a 5 Star Experience

This was an excellent Sunday afternoon location with availability and comfortable semi private seating areas. The smoked Pork Chop 🥩 was absolutely delicious and perfectly made. The Mahi Mahi Tacos was massive and a long with their signature fries we left feeling happy with leftovers. Drinks were also very well prepared. We will certainly be back.

I’ve been coming to Hyde Park bar and Grill for 30 years and it’s always been excellent. They are famous for their french fries, and their fries are extraordinarily good but so is everything else here. I really like most of their sides and their chicken fried chicken is very good.

Brunch date with my mother-in-law—she said the food was good and she was right! Quick seating, great service, and delicious food.

It’s been a few years since we have been to Hyde Park Bar and Grill, and we have been missing out. The food was far superior to what I remembered from the amazing fries (which were always 5 stars) to the delicious pancakes, great pasta, and juicy burgers. But I think the crowning jewel was how awesome our waiter, Simon, was. My husband downed his drink like a dying man, and Simon refilled it before he could even set it down. And our daughter, who is 5, and always creative in her ordering requests, we given the exact correct meal without any issues despite her requests for a single pancake with bacon only and no eggs. Simon brought us everything we needed and even thought of extras for us, like an extra water with a lid for our little one, and extra plates. The whole experience was refreshingly relaxing and delicious. And as a busy mom, it’s rare for me to go out to lunch and not feel stressed by something. It feels like most places do the bare minimum, get something wrong, or just don’t care, but not Hyde Park Bar & Grill. You get fantastic food and amazing service where you can truly enjoy your meal and time with the company you came to enjoy a meal with.

Had dinner at Hyde Park Grill and really enjoyed it! I got the chicken fried chicken with mac and cheese, and we also tried their fries — everything was delicious and came out quickly. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed (though that may have just been because it was a Wednesday evening). Overall, a great spot for a comforting meal and good service

This is a wonderful Neighborhood Restaurant with very good food and service. It has been around for decades. The restaurant has as good a quality today as it did 25 years ago. Although the prices are higher than they were, they are still reasonable given what's been happening to restaurant prices lately.

Somewhat quirky place on the east side of Austin. We went for a late dinner with no reservation and sat at the bar for a unique experience with a view of the open kitchen. The menu items were creative and for us presented some new ingredients, e.g. carta di musica and jardineira. We had the white bean hummus and the “lettuces” salad, both good. Staff was nice. The clentine granita dessert was amazing.

Went here for lunch 4/23 & 4/24. It was busy but not to bad. No wait for counter seating. Rainbow Trout bowl was tasty. Small portions on the bowl but was well worth it. Perfect lunch meal. Iced lavender latte was extremely good. Price point is what you would expect from the Austin area. The tri tip sandwich was very good and worth it.

Went here for brunch and the food was great. We got the pork hash, the chicken Sammie, zucchini bread, pancakes, pull apart bun, and frites. The service was as expected, nothing spectacular but he was patient and friendly. The space is small and we were in close quarters with other guests which I didn’t like too much because it feels like we are right on top of each other. We all had a hard time getting out without feeling like we were bothering the other people. Overall is a cute vibe and the good is decent price so I recommend trying it!

Launderette is a quaint and charming spot nestled in a lovely neighborhood with easy parking and thoughtfully curated decor. The ambiance is warm and inviting with great seating options that make it a wonderful place to enjoy a meal out. The cocktail menu has some standout options. The Malfy Spritz was especially delightful, light, refreshing, and reminiscent of an upscale lemonade with butterfly pea blossom for a floral touch. In contrast, Kay's Coupe is more gin-forward and great for someone who enjoys a stronger drink. Appetizers were a highlight. The pomme frites and house-made chips with pimento cheese were both solid starters. The pimento cheese was fresh and flavorful, a huge leap above store-bought versions. The sticky Brussels sprouts were slightly al dente, but the sauce and Parmesan made them very enjoyable. The striped bass crudo was delicious, with an intense heat that I personally liked, but the menu doesn't mention that it's very spicy, which could catch some people off guard. The burrata was excellent, especially paired with a huge piece of perfectly toasted bread. A delightful surprise was the tempura snap peas, crispy, unique, and full of flavor. The lettuces with citrus breadcrumbs were the only disappointment among the starters, as the citrus breadcrumbs made the salad heavy and soggy. For mains, the bistro steak had good flavor but was a little bit tough, likely due to the cut of meat. The Texas redfish tasted good, though it was a bit oily and the portion was smallish. Those wanting more seafood might prefer the whole branzino, just be mindful of the bones. The sticky pork ribs with hoisin sauce came in a generous portion and would be ideal for those who enjoy a sweet glaze. Desserts: the raspberry tart was a nice option for a light dessert and would appeal to fans of white chocolate. The carrot cake, however, was underwhelming. If you're expecting a classic carrot cake, this is not it. It’s more of a light surprise and misses the mark if you're looking for that rich, spiced texture and flavor of carrot cake. That said, the honey crunch served with it was absolutely amazing and the highlight of the dessert. The surprise of the evening was the decaffeinated coffee served on a beautiful tray that everyone appreciated, a perfect way to end the meal. Service was impeccable with kind and attentive staff. Launderette is a wonderful place to visit for a well-rounded and memorable dining experience.

My wife and I had dinner 7/19/25. Food tasted great but the shawarma cauliflower included more than a few yellow, past-expiration arugula leaves in the mix. No one should be served that. I pointed out the pile of them I had collected to the server and she said she'd "tell them". Nothing came of that and I'm disappointed, especially considering the supposed quality level of this establishment.

We were in the neighborhood and stopped by due to a previous recommendation. We visited on a Sunday early evening and it was not busy. We ordered drinks and shareable snacks. The hummus was good and the pork belly was a little tough, but had a good spicy flavor. I liked the use of the microgreens and mint. Our server was attentive the entire visit.

From Georgia on vacation. This place was 3 mins from our Airbnb. Pretty disappointed in the limited menu and portion size. The burgers do not come with any sides. Add fries for $9. Small Portion. We got the burger and pork belly with 2 side of fries.$59 The tables are very close together. You can be apart of someone conversation! Food was flavorful but costly compared to Georgia.

Tried the Veggie burger on wheat bun for lunch & it was soft & melted in the mouth. Usually veggie burgers are little hard & make your mouth dry but this burger was very delicious. One of the best veggie burger I have ever had and the price is quite reasonable. A must try for all burger lovers!

The best fast food in Austin. We love everything here and the walk window is so nice so you can bring your dog. Great outdoor seating and free parking.

Great burgers as always, fries needed some salt, but otherwise alright. I'm not a big fan of their fries in general, but their burgers, shakes, and drinks are great. Drive through or walk up only, so very little parking and it's a place to take food to go unlike other P. Terrys.

We stopped by for lunch(ish). It was wonderful, quick, and great prices. The young man who helped us, also was aware this was our first visit. He was so kind & helpful. He suggested the sauce(yum) to dip those delicious, piping hot fries in(Thank You, again). He also threw in some of those taste bud dripping oatmeal chocolate chip cookies...OMG, get some cookies!! I ordered this on a whim through Door Dash. I’m visiting Austin from San Diego and had never heard of P. Terry’s. It was GREAT! It’s like Austin’s version of In N Out. Everything tasted super fresh. The packaging is vintage and so cute. Even the ketchup packets are personalized! I should also mention how CHEAP the prices are. I was blown away. 10/10!

The food was delicious and service quality was truly exceptional inside the restaurant. Except for The valet service was full and the lady wouldn't even let us wait in line, it felt uncomfortable when she yelled at us. We ended up having to self-park elsewhere. 4/13/25

Heck of a good dinner and place to eat. It was a group of 3 and we ate at the bar which was comfortable and a good place to sit. Service was really good with a friendly bartender that took car of us. We all enjoyed our dinner with the Mac & Cheese stealing the show. The parking lot can be a little tricky and I would suggest reservations.

Great food, beautiful view. Dog friendly! The portions are pretty big so think about sharing. The decor and ambience are so relaxing and tons of fans under the shaded area to keep you cool. The large mimosa pitcher is definitely meant for 3-4 people as it was a lot for 2 people to drink. Highly recommend if you’re in East Austin! Make a reservation and parking lot is only valet for $6

This place is really nice looking! We went for Sunday Brunch and the food was delicious. We ordered the biscuits and gravy, the club sandwich, and the strawberry cake. They even came by an asked us if we wanted an extra cinnamon roll that they had! Our waitress was so nice. We sat inside and luckily we made the right choice as it was pouring but the outside looked pretty covered. Will definitely be back!

What truly makes Jacoby’s stand out, though, is how pet-friendly they are. The patio is spacious, shaded, and welcoming for furry friends — our dogs were treated like family with water bowls and lots of attention from the staff. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both incredible food and such a relaxed, pet-friendly vibe. Went in for their Thursday steak and frites special and did not disappoint!! Really good, tender steak cooker to a perfect medium. Cosmopolitan cocktail was great too. Update: we also tried their burger and it’s delicious!! Will be adding Jacobys to one of my staple restaurants in Austin :)

Sat on the patio for a 1pm brunch. Their brunch menu is amazing! Had the Deviled eggs (10/10), biscuits and gravy (8/10), chorizo migas (100/10 must try), side cheddar grits (9/10), & took home a strawberry cake. The strawberry cake is insanely good and it makes me want to request a whole cake for maybe a birthday or something in the future. Portions are huge and 3 of us were stuffed from those all of those as we did more of a family style sharing. Overall place is great and I highly recommend the patio seating.

Amazing food; especially love the grilled pork chops. Menu changes constantly: Have been back multiple times already. Great dining environment. Very limited parking. Be prepared to park in the residential areas across the street during peak dining hours. Be prepared to make reservation 1-2 weeks in advance if you have a large party.

I have been hearing about this restaurant through various sources like the Meateater podcast, Jesse’s books, etc. I finally got a chance to eat here and it did not disappoint. My girlfriend was skeptical as she is not a game meat eater but the burger she had was “the best burger of her life”. My dinner was equally good and both starters we got were incredible. Next time I’m in town I plan on making another visit.

Stopped by for their brunch, which is available 3 days a week. Biscuit with butter and jam, carnitas flautas and the longhorn cheeseburger were our choices for the afternoon. The biscuit with jam was tasty, with no complaints. The flautas were surprisingly girthy with plenty of meat inside. Something you don't see to often with this particular Tex-Mex dish. I'm never been a huge fan of flautas generally, so this did not blow my socks off, but overall a reccomend if interested. Lastly, we split the longhorn cheeseburger. Very juicy and messy, but tasty. The burger was not trying to do too much, but had it's own personality and was made with care. With all Due respect, why aren't you on your way to Dai Due? 4.5/5

Food was good but the price : food wasn’t worth it (but we come from Houston where food is cheaper and we get more). The service was good - frequent refills, check ups, and care but also slow. We didn’t make a reservation but were seated within 10 minutes. We made our order and waited almost 15 minutes to get our appetizer and then another 15-30 minutes for the main meal. The three of us ordered to share the boar confit, cheese burger, sourdough, and potatoes caroline. Our favorite was the boar confit but altogether the flavors were good but not great

Great food. I had the seasonal dish: Grilled Wild Boar Filipino Longanisa Sausage with garlic rice, grilled eggplant salad, chives and an egg. It was excellent. They no longer sell sliced sausage or charcuterie out the front butcher cabinet, but there is still some frozen fresh ground sausages, bone broth, and their cookie dough in the freezer up front to purchase along with Jesse Griffiths books, some coffee beans, Dai Due apparel, etc.

We showed up at 1pm on a Saturday thinking we may need a reservation but they seated us right away. Had the wild boar sandwich and the antelope sausage burger with beef talow fries. Was delicious! The service was also good and we were able to take biscuits to go. The only thing was the sandwich had a bit too much of mayo. I'd order it on the side next time. Would definitely come again!

There is no praise that this restaurant doesn't deserve. Ethically hunted game meat and in-season local produce ensures that your meal is high quality and guilt-free. We had the longhorn burger and wild boar chops (menu changes based on season) and it was everything and more than we expected. Fries are fried in beef tallow. Visit as often as you can!

Cleanliness is a real issue here. If you're in a bigger party, you'll need to request bread for each family at the table. Need better attention to the customer. Food is good. Restroom floors slippery and need more attention,

It's a decent chain steakhouse. It was clean and the service was good. The portions are large. Between the bread, salad, steak, shrimp and rice it was a crazy amount of food. I got a combo plate with the steak and shrimp. I'll attach some photos

Good place for a group of 2-4 for a traditional heavy Texas meal. The drinks are great and the sides are delicious. The meat is cooked nicely, but all the meals are heavy on calories. The dragon fruit margarita was delish.

I have been to the place on several occasions, I went to Austin for work and stayed very close, I had dinner 5 times in 2 weeks and only 1 day was there a lack of service, the food is generally good, all the meats are well cooked, I recommend it, I would return.!!!

Aaron was our server. He was attentive and polite. I had Parmesan crusted salmon with Brussel sprouts & loaded mashed potatoes. Very good. Also, wings for the table as an appetizer. Hot & crispy but juicy. Really good. 😊

If your in the mood for a Texas steak, come here asap. We came here to celebrate a project launch and the staff was very friendly. We both got the ribeye and they were both cooked and seasoned to perfection. The potato and sautéed mushrooms were to die for and a perfect complement. The cocktails were strong and delicious. I have had many steak dinners that were more expensive but none as good as this one. I will be back soon!!!

I ordered takeout from LonhHorn Steakhouse in Round Rock for me and the kids. My daughter got the kids steak, but it turned out very tough, dry, and overcooked. She tried to eat it but couldn’t finish. It was disappointing since the rest of the food was fine. I’d just suggest the kitchen double-check to-go orders, especially kids’ meals, since you can’t send them back once you’re home.

The tots were so good. Soft and properly salted. Onion rings were a little dry for me. Some people may like that style. I will go with tots and Fried Pickles next time. Single bacon cheeseburger, tots, and a big red shake - YUM!!! Also shared fried pickles and the chicken quesadilla. Everything was delicious, the staff was great, the food was served quickly. If you're ever in the area, it's definitely worth stopping in for a bite.

This very nostalgic restaurant est. in 1926 had amazing food! We had the Val's grilled chicken sandwich with Chipotle mayo, onion rings, large Kumback burger with fries, wings, and root beer floats. All the food was super tasty! I would recommend paying at the counter and getting a number versus the QR code menu/pay option at the table. The corner room had multiple screens to watch all of the sports events happening that day with plenty of seating.

Yum. Wheelchair ♿️ accessible. Clean with friendly staff. Next year will be 100 years!!! I'll come back for the great food.

Just had lunch at Dirty Martin’s Place and it hit all the right nostalgic notes. I went with the Kum-Bak Cheeseburger and an order of homemade onion rings, and both were fantastic — burger was juicy with a lightly toasted bun, and the onion rings were crispy without being greasy. Also tried their Val’s homemade queso with chips — creamy, flavorful, and a great start to the meal. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, chatting with us and making us feel at home. The whole place has that vintage, relaxed Austin vibe which really adds to the experience. Can’t wait to come back and try the Habanero Burger or dig into those Corn Nuggets next time.

Absolutely incompetent it seems. Ordering face to face, not even busy. 20 minute wait for food. Asked for #2 large got it medium and fries quarter way full. Food was cold while eating it here, asked for it for here, got it to go. Employee sneezing in her hands, playing with her hair, then touching food. Talk about a place that tarnishes the whataburger brand and values. This is absolutely terrible.

One cheeseburger and fries cost me nearly $10, and it was all poor-quality ingredients—reminiscent of Jack in the Box. If you’re comparing Whataburger to In-N-Out, you’re doing yourself a disservice. It doesn’t come close. P. Terry’s is a much better alternative in Texas—fresher, faster, and far superior. The service here wasn’t speedy either, though the staff was friendly and brought the food out with a smile. Still, I wouldn’t recommend Whataburger and won’t be returning. Plenty of better options out there.

I tried Whataburger for the first time and was hoping for a satisfying burger. While the burger itself was large, I found the patty to be on the small side and overpowered by mustard. The fries were enjoyable, but I was disappointed by the lack of no-sugar tea options. I ordered in-store and faced a considerable wait. I’d recommend ordering online in advance to save time and potentially earn points.

The KING of burgers! They have stood the test of time. When many places come and go, Whataburger remains the reliable place to have a great burger, any size, at a great price, at any time. Wanted to try a whataburger while in Texas. Decent but a little bland. Worth trying.

This gastropub has an interesting rustic-chic interior that adds to its vibe. It was our first time visiting, so we weren’t sure where to park at first. Turns out, they have four parking spots located behind the restaurant. One thing also to note is that you need to place your order at the bar. We tried the French Omelette and the Eggs Benedict. If you’re avoiding meat, the omelette is a good option. It’s creamy and cheesy. The menu mentioned the omelette comes topped with caviar, but mine dish didn’t, which was a little disappointing. The Eggs Benedict, on the other hand, was well-cooked and tasty.

I was looking for an interesting place to take my wife for a nice lunch. It's a little bit of a drive for us, but it's all good. When we got there, we managed to find a lucky parking spot in the back. Downside to eating downtown is parking. The minute we walked in, my wife loved it. It's very uniquely decorated to its theme. We didn't have reservations because the host asked us, but there were very few people there. We were seated in the rear of the restaurant, which I recommend because the ac works better there. Once seated, our server was awesome 👌 I was a little surprised by the menu because there was not a lot to choose from. Not many people there it took a while to get our order. I ordered the English breakfast. It was mediocre. The sausage could have been bigger. The bacon was salty as hell. It seemed like a cheap version of an English breakfast french style. But pricey. Talk about BS. The BLT was good. Can't really go wrong there. The escargot was very plain. Missing the garlic. The presentation was nice but very bland. I've tried escargot in Paris and a few places in the States, but this was numbing bland. It's really a disgrace. Save your $16 dollars. I did want the burger, but not at $21, especially when it's 80/20. Enough said interesting place spent $80 on a few items not really interested in returning. They need a menu overhaul, and the place might be worth going to. Honestly, the bbq place next door looked good. For the money and better fill, why not try the bbq place next time.

We were looking for somewhere to eat late at night in Austin and we ran into this little gem. We were tired and at first glance the menu was different and we had teenagers with us, so we debated leaving to get some burgers at a drive thru. I am sure glad we didn’t! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The Mexican Martini was a clear winner at the table, but my husband’s mocktail was equally delicious. They have a wide selection of beers which is what I had and it was nice and cold. My husband had the Chicken on the dinner menu. It was juicy, tender, and flavorful, he loved it, my brother had the burger which was cooked to perfection, his words not mine. Didn’t try that one but he devoured it so that says it all. My sister in law had the French Onion Soup which she loved, I did try that one which I have never had that soup. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. It had a creamy gravy like broth that was very warming to the heart. But for me my dish took the grand prize, I had the mussels and fries. They were amazing, the broth had a perfect blend of spices that literally blew my mind. The fries were perfection and they were topped of with a truffle sauce which was to die for. It was a huge portion, but I could not stop eating it. They were easily the best mussels and fries I have ever had. The kids had basic stuff like steak and fries and a plain burger which they both enjoyed. This definitely will be a spot I will visit every time I come to Austin, everything was amazing the drinks, the food, the service. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for amazing drinks and food. They obviously know what they are doing and everything came or so quickly. My brother lives near by and both him and my sister in law were happy to find this place as well. Thank you for an amazing experience!

This is one of our favorite places because of the delicious food and creative cocktails. We like the mussels, burgers, fries, and many other items on the menu. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. When we were there the Olympics were being shown on a big projection screen. The Hyde Park Theatre is nearby if you are looking for something else to do after grabbing a bite or drink.

One of the most unique and thoroughly enjoyable places I have been... I know I have been out a lot like others but... Forgot to take pictures of most of the dishes, but I will say the best way to experience this place is to bring 3 other friends that you would be comfortable sharing dishes with, order 4 or 5 of the entrees, a bottle of wine, two desserts, and maybe a few dessert type Liquors and have at it. Food was really wonderful, flavorful (we had duck, mussels, salmon, beef tartar) and a great way to taste several dishes without too much of one thing. Atmosphere was VERY laid back, regular Austin people having an enjoyable evening! Thanks!

I had the best experience here! My friends and I tried the Ratatouille, chicken pasta and burger- and everything was delicious. The tall bartender with the glasses was really sweet and accommodating. Will definitely be going back

One of the top to go French restaurants of choice in town. Especially if you want a less crowded places for a more romantic setting. The place has great mood lighting for dates or family style meals or just grabbing a quick fare with friends or coworkers in their 3 partitions. The Entree menu changes seasonally and the quality and portion of food for the price are very well justified. I have never left feeling hungry but always have felt satisfied. The wine listings are wide and really good and the server recommendation pair really well with the food.

Stopped by Hooters out of curiosity after hearing about their bankruptcy news. Gotta say, the environment was actually pretty nice and the service was great—friendly and quick. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it was surprisingly good. Curly fries were decent, nothing to complain about. The waffle fries, though, were way overfried—super hard—and the frying oil definitely tasted old, kind of stale. The wings were the most disappointing part. I got the naked wings and they were overcooked, really dry and stiff. The dry rub was just okay, nothing special. The quesadilla appetizer is very heavy on sauce. On the bright side, the food came out fast and hot, and I didn’t run into any of the service issues people mentioned in other reviews. Overall, it’s somewhere between a 3 and 4 star spot for me, and the food is on the pricy side, but I’ll round up because the service was solid.

Stopped by Hooters in Austin and honestly left with mixed feelings. First impression wasn’t great—our menus were very worn down and the table clearly hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned from the previous guests. The mozzarella sticks were far from anything to be desired, and the marinara sauce tasted more like paste than sauce. Surprising and disappointing that none of the staff seems to recognize or address these details. On the positive side, the bone-in wings were decent (not the best, but enjoyable), and the onion rings and curly fries were actually really good. With a little more attention to cleanliness and food quality, this spot could be much better.

I had the smoked wings because they were so flavorful and juicy at other locations. My server was Madison (a tall blonde bombshell). There is a spectrum of table checking -- checking frequent vs left alone. I like to be asked frequently if I need anything. Madison struck the perfect balance. The service was great so it was so unfortunate that the food was so bad. I mean, if it was on the lower end of average, I'd deal with it. First, I was served a flat Sam Adam's beer, which was replaced by a tasty East Coast style IPA. Four of the ten smoked wings here were so dry and tasted funny so I spat them out. I tried to fill myself with fries but they were chewy and kinda hard. They comped the fries and brought me a lovely IPA. But, overall, the food made my stomach hurt. Again, my waitress Madison was nice and chatty and tried her best but the product was so, so, so, bad. I'd consider returning to give her another chance if the stomach ache would go away.

We’ve been coming to Hooters for the wings for years. They changed the sauce and they are SWIMMING in butter now. We had to dilute it with hot sauce. This was a new bottle.

Grew up going to Hooters and always loved the thick battered wings, sauce and curly fries. I was a little let down. It's been a while since I've been and I think they changed the sauce and it wasn't as good. They were still thick battered and crunchy, but just want quite right. Margarita was just average at best. Nothing horrible just want what I remembered. The out side was a little run down, but the inside looked nice enough. Lots of TV's with sports, bar focused on the middle. Epitome of a sports bar.

Came in around 9. Our waitress name was Hailey. Worst service ever. Food came out cold. We had to get up and get our own ketchup and napkins and no silverware was given. When our waitress first came up to our table she gave us her name and then said that should would be sitting with another customer and to call her name if we needed her. Very rude service. Never going back again due to the service given tonight.

Not worth the visit. Came because friends hyped up the wings. You can get better wings at both hurricanes and twin peaks which are both just a block or two away. On top of that twin peaks has the same gimmick but done better and with a better atmosphere to boot. Non lunch prices were completely outrageous setting me back $33 with a standard tip for just a 10 piece order of breaded wings and a tall beer. Staff came off inexperienced and annoyed at their work environment but still cared enough about my order.

I crave their breakfast tacos regularly, they’re always so solid. I get: • Sausage, egg, potato and cheese • Bacon, egg, potato and cheese • Bean, potato and cheese The shredded potatoes are like a soft mix of hash browns and mashed potatoes. Tacos are big and full of flavor. The sausage is locally sourced, and the salsa is fresh with a great kick. Staff is friendly, prices are fair, and call-in orders are easy. Highly recommend!

First time trying Dan’s. I got the small burger and the junior basket for my son. The burger was full of flavor and tasted like a good old fashioned burger. The chicken tenders were fresh. The fries were just there but next time I’ll get the curly fries that I didn’t notice until after ordering. Also the sweet tea was bomb, and I judge a restaurant food on their tea, very rare a place has bomb Texas sweet tea without the food matching Lol Staff was friendly and I loved the old school vibes. Will definitely be back.

Yesterday, I came to this location to try a cheeseburger and y’all did not disappoint! 10/10 again Update: Minus one star, because why does it matter which side I order my food on???! Whether it’s To-go or not! Yall have ZERO signage that specifies which side to place an order on.

I’ve always known Dans for their delicious burgers but I just recently discovered their breakfast menu and im OBSESSED! Literally want to bring any of my guests that come visit me to Dans for breakfast! It is such a great deal! The prices are very reasonable and the meals are fulfilling!! I recommend asking for your biscuits toasted! Takes them to a whole new level! There’s plenty of parking at this location. It is a little older but gives you the diner feel. Our server was very attentive and great customer service! I cannot recommend Dan’s enough for their breakfast!!

The food was VERY GOOD! Sitting inside not really a GOOD Idea! My first time there and the Place needs some fixing up! Something fell from the ceiling on my food and spider webs EVERYWHERE!!! Just need to clean up a bit! other than that, It was GOOD!!

poor service and extremely poor quality. given this place a few tries now. ordered a chocolate brownie blizzard and received a cup with 2 holes in it. my blizzard consisted mostly of vanilla ice cream and barely any chocolate pieces. no brownies were put in my blizzard either. do better, it’s literally ice cream in a cup.

I went in on my lunch break and the cashier was very friendly and thorough. Double checked everything to make sure my order was put in correctly. I didn’t catch his name but he had a gold earring. So if you’re reading this just know you did an excellent job!

The cashiers here are on drugs or something because I got asked for the flavor of my blizzard 5 times and not even a second cashier understood me. I clearly stated Reese’s over and over. Get better staff.

Don't go through the drive thru. it really isn't worth the time. I simply ordered some steak fingers. If an item is going to take 7 to 10 mins .... maybe don't put it on a drive thru menu. 🤔 😕 🤷 😳.... the pint of the drive thru is to get it an go not sit here and wait .... im so frustrated.

The service is absolutely abysmal and the employees don’t seem to GAF. Sat around for over ten minutes waiting for a pre-ordered to-go meal and couldn’t even get the employees to give me an ETA. I walked out and cancelled my order. Mind you, it was not particularly busy, either. They are apparently paying these people $16 to F around and I’m not gonna support that. Management obviously sucks and they don’t train their people to practice basic customer service. The food has always been mid since the 70s so I no what to expect on that front but what I didn’t expect was to basically be ignored for over ten minutes. Never again.

We walked in unannounced with 17 people. Noah and his team went into hyperdrive - despite a long line of vehicles at the drive-thru - and got our orders out quickly. All with big smiles on their faces, obviously enjoying rising to the challenge. Noah even thanked me personally for coming in! Well done DQ...WELL DONE NOAH!

I haven’t been inside of an A&W in soooooo long. The service was good and the BBQ burger was on point. Can’t eat all of it and I only left one bite, so it was good. I would ask for fresh fries next time they were done, but they were in between done it undercooked little bit soggy, but I don’t know if my only complaint was the fries weren’t good then it is what it is I like seeing the older pictures on the wall and the the jukebox on there was super cute but food ambience the restaurant was those good I mean I think it’s overpriced, but it was good

When I looked it up on maps this location is very old, is with a bad restaurant and there are way too many old features in this location should you just remove long John silver's and the old stuff from this location and what I tell you to do means you should do it. I hate bad restaurants and old designs, it also still looks like a restaurant from the 20th century.

Food was alright- I was more upset that he lobby was open with people eating and ordering. The one worker signaled to us to use the other doors. My friend and I walked in and the manager refused us service at 8:30 on a Saturday evening. Saying he forgot to lock the lobby doors and that the lobby was closed and we had to go into the drive through. In the middle of a city? That was busy, y’all are going to close lobby early on a Saturday night? No wonder AW has so many closed down restaurants. The food was delicious but I’ll be going to another fast food restaurant where I won’t be refused service in the lobby and I can get slot more food for less money. I was throughly disappointed. This place was PERFECT. I had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, service was excellent. Friendly staff. (At least the people I interacted with were friendly.) The food was delicious. Beyond my expectations. The cheese curds were a surprise that didn't disappoint. Everything was cooked and prepared to perfection. I will definitely be coming back to give them my business. I definitely rang the bell!

The older white gentleman at the window was very nice and gave GREAT customer service. I will return because of him. I would take away a half star because the food is way too expensive.

I ordered the wrong thing because I read the menu wrong but the service was so fast and the thing I ordered was made so well that I don't have any complaints. Fish was crispy on the outside and soft/flaky on the inside, hushpuppies were flavorful and had good texture, and the fries were appropriately salted. Clean table, kind staff, fast service. If you're looking for fried fish and fresh root beer in a hurry, this has got to be the best place around here

Dr. Pepper Milkshake / 5⭐! When I was planning my first trip to Texas, I knew I wanted to try Whataburger. I live in an area where they do not have any locations and love all kinds of burgers and burger places. I am very happy to report my first visit to Whataburger was a big success. I was so excited to finally be able to try their burgers, so I got a little carried away and ordered a triple. The burger was huge! I am a hearty eater but even I had trouble finishing the entire triple burger. I had no regrets even though I had to rest after finishing it. The burger was full of beefy, good flavor. I had Whataburger twice on my vacation. The second time, I had a double which was a perfect, large meal for me with the fries. The fries were crispy and tasty. I love dipping sauces as well as ketchup. It was neat to see all the various sauces you could order with your meal. My favorites were the jalapeno ranch and spicy ketchup. I had never seen a Dr. Pepper milkshake on a menu before so I treated myself to a small one. It was like having a Dr. Pepper float. I'd order it again. This is the location we went to for our first Whataburger meal. The staff was clearly working hard that day. The place was busy and there were a lot of cars in the drive through window. But the crew was friendly and nice. The location had a lot of parking and lots of seating. Overall, for my first Whataburger experience, it was a good one and I would certainly return if the opportunity came up.

My boyfriend and I came in at 4:03am after work, just trying to get some food and unwind. We ordered a burger combo, a breakfast combo, and a breakfast taquito — nothing crazy. We sat inside and waited… and waited… and waited. There was no one else in the building but us, yet 30 minutes went by and we still had no food. Eventually, one of the workers noticed and asked, “You still don’t have your food?” She went to check and found out that they gave our entire order to a random guy. No name check, no ticket number — just handed it over. My boyfriend asked how that even happens, and no one could give us an answer. We didn’t get our food til 4:47am and there was not one person in the building but us, and there was no tickets on the drive-thru screens. Please look at the photo for reference. This isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had here, especially involving the same big Hispanic lady with glasses who works the drive-thru. There’s clearly no structure when it comes to handling inside orders — they always prioritize the drive-thru and completely ignore dine-in customers. We were tired, hungry, and just wanted a simple meal, and instead we left frustrated and beyond disappointed. This is my official call to never go to whataburger again.

Please educate your staff on the law regarding service animals. Employees have attempted to illegally deny me service and have illegally demanded specific requirements for my service dog (have a vest). The other day a manager accused my dog of not being a service dog because he was jumping. My dog never barks, he is 11 months old, and while trained in some tasks to assist my disability...he is still a puppy and training is ongoing.

Worst service I have ever had in my life. I have never made a bad review on any place until now. They didn’t have my food ready after 30-45 mins after I was the only one in the store left. They said that I never ordered and the manager checked twice. They had me digging in the trash twice to look for my receipt, since the manager said I never ordered and he checked. Then Al the sudden after an hour a different nice lady from the back found my receipt. (So obviously the manager didn’t look) they were about to make my food an hour later but from the way that they treated me I didn’t trust what they would do to my food. Will never go to that branch again. I am sure the manager ate my food and said that I never ordered. I think they thought I was homeless because of the area and that they are better than. Crazy

My girlfriend and I came to this Whataburger after getting off work late — it was around 4:03 AM. We’ve been to this location several times before, and nearly every time, there’s a problem: missing items, long waits, or poor service. There’s one specific staff member — a Hispanic woman who works the drive-thru and wears glasses — who we’ve had multiple bad experiences with. She has ignored us more than once, and this time was no exception. We were sitting at a table waiting for our order, and somehow a random person was able to walk in and take our food. No one checked the name, and no one noticed. By the time they even started remaking our order, it was 4:30 AM — we finally left around 4:40 AM. That’s almost an hour of waiting inside an empty restaurant with zero customers in the drive-thru. Absolutely unacceptable for a place that prides itself on being open 24/7. The staff clearly doesn’t care, and nothing is being done to improve service. Management seriously needs to step in and fix the chaos at this location.

I was in line before breakfast ended, but of course there had to be one idiot holding it up like it was a Q&A session. Then, just as the line was finally about to move, he comes back to ask for something else. I literally watch the menu switch to lunch while I’m standing there, and the cashier goes, “Sorry, no more breakfast, he’s the last one.” So amazing, everyone else in line missed breakfast because some clown couldn’t figure out the menu and the cashier moved at glacial speed. ❤️

Severely understaffed and by far one of the worst experiences sticking to raising canes next time not to mention order took almost an hour. How is it possible a mobile order is ready last. Entire restaurant was empty by the time I got my order. The people who arrived after me in large parties also got their orders, sat, finished eating and left and I'm still landing in front of the counter and my order was still not ready. And not a single worker is at the counter because whataburger is no longer a brand I respect, everyone who I brought with me that all ordered separately were also upset.

Hello Austin, I use to live up the street from this spot. It was/is one of the best burgers I've ever had. But, I don't eat a lot of red meat. Regardless I could eat 1 a week.....if I was younger. 😆 😆😬 Seriously!!!! 👈🏽 Everyone have a safe weekend. Good & Love To The World... 🫂♥️↔️🌍✝️

As soon as you walk through the door, you’re acknowledged and welcomed by the ENTIRE staff. Ricardo took our order at the register and was very patient with us as we looked over the menu and asked questions. I ended up with the Double Classic with cheese and added raw onions. The burger was absolutely delicious. It came out hot and fresh. Their fries were also so good. The restaurant is also very clean and well-stocked. Give this place a try!

New spot we came across.. gotta say finally something good in the area and reasonably priced..want a good burger and great fries this is the place.. it has everything...Beer, Crispy fries, great tasting burgers, great atmosphere, employees were amazing and friendly. I have never walked into a place where I have felt so welcomed. The vibe in the place was great and employees vibes were so positive, everyone of them were happy and positive even though it was late in the evening. Even a manager came and greeted us. Highly recommend.

Stopped by Buddys today for lunch. It was amazing! their smash burgers and seasoned fries are so good! I highly recommend and will be back. Added bonus their customer service is on point! (this is all that was was left over, so good!)

Wait I don't remember the name of the other handsome man that gave me my food alongside his equally fine partner, Ricardo, but boy was it good. I'm not talking typical "mm" little lick of a taste and promptly throwing it away, it was GOOD. I'm still thinking about it. Okay so it's my first time going with my friend, shoutout Bane, because I had mentioned I wanted a good American burger with actually decent fries because most places don't offer both to be frank. It's either or. Like?? What is this? Anyway we get to the place and I stare at the menu for a good minute. Bane tells me she tried out the double something regular with American cheese or something and I'm like yummm but I'm not that hungry to get double meat though now I really wanna try it. I end up choosing the spicy burger with American cheese substituted instead of pepper jack with seasoned fries and a fountain drink. Wait they were out of Diet Pepsi RIP but it's okay. Anyway Ricardo is like "do you wanna goueab" mumbling the last part. Or I just have bad hearing. Something about a shake and I'm like oh no thinking I have to pay for it. Then Bane is like what did he say? I'm like your guess is as good as mine girl! But I end up asking him and he ends up giving me a shake for free. Like ohhh bet ☺️. Mexican vanilla. Oh god. It tasted heavenly. I don't know how much these latinos are getting paid at this location but it has to be more. They whipped up the meanest burger, fries, and shake I've ever had. Not even just in Austin. In general. In the US. I just wanted to share my experience because I recommend. And good luck to whoever goes during Ricardo and his homeboy's shift- you'll be fed realllll good.

Extremely friendly and clean place. I got the double with cheese and it was so juicy and flavorful. They also serve my favorite kind of fires - crispy with little bits on the outside. Crushed ice. Just delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

Chili's Grill & Bar is a great spot for a casual meal with family or friends. The menu offers a variety of American favorites. The portions are generous, and the food is generally good. The service is friendly. Overall, it's a reliable option for a satisfying meal.

I tried the double bacon burger and it was really good. Really wasn't sure on what to order we only go bc my daughter likes the white cheese and chips but I wasn't disappointed... although I couldn't finish it ... I will try again next time

I had great time having dinner with my husband. We were immediately greeted when we walked in and sat near the bar. Alexis was the bartender and our waitress and did an amazing job. The restaurant was busy a lot people were dining. Our drinks appetizers and food came out in short time considering the crowd. The ribs were delicious fall off the bone. We did miss the corn but the mushrooms were so good. Over all we had awesome dining experience and definitely will come back to this location.

WOW. Honestly I haven't been to a chili's in years, but im so glad I did this evening. My best friend and I found parking, and we're sat promptly. Our server Shannon was killing it with the timing of our drinks, apps and meals. The other thing we were shocked by was the speed of the staff bussing the tables, and sweeping the floors. This location has set the bar very high, we will be back soon! Thank you shannon!!

Man idk, Idk why I thought chili's was good but like it was just kinda ass. Service was fine I guess, kinda slow? I mean i could tell no one wanted to be there but like fair who would want to work at chili's. The food was extremely salty, I felt like I was getting a kidney stone from taking one bite of the food. like did they boil everything in salt? actually I'm a liar, the sauced ribs were good, everything else tasted like it was drenched in the ocean. Hank’s is one of my favs spots in Austin. I’ve been several times with friends and family and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish with a beautiful patio that’s perfect for any time of day. The food is always delicious. I recommend the crispy Brussels sprouts, the wood grilled salmon and the tagliatelle with bolognese. The service is friendly and consistent. It’s the kind of place you keep coming back to.

I've been here a few times and have loved the food every time but on this occasion the lamb meatballs were a bit too dry and overcooked in my opinion. Luckily the sauce it comes with was helping me get through it. I didn't say anything-but would have rather sent it back. Everything else was great that my friend and I ordered.

We love Hanks. You'll love it too. It's just a great place to be whether you're indoors or on their porch. The food is delicious and we're especially fond of their mussels. We discovered their cured salmon done in house and it was a great delight. I only wish they would bring back their world class creme bruleè. Le sigh. It was sooooo good.

Never disappoint with their delicious Frose. We ordered the Chicken sandwich, the Cheeseburger and the Shrimp and Grits for brunch. They were all delicious the chicken sandwich was juicy and full of flavor and the sauce in the Shrimp and Grits is to die for.

Huge burgers blended well with just the right portions of condiments & veggies. Add the cheese to bring it all together. Make sure you have plenty of napkins. August 2025 This time around at Mighty Fine Burgers I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It was very good and flavorful. July 2024 I once again went to Mighty Fine Burgers to order a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and fries to take home. The other item I like is the Fried Avocado Sandwich but decided not to get it. The chicken burger was once excellent with great flavor. The staff is always very friendly here.

We had heard about this hidden gem and the fact that they were making ‘made to order’ food with quality ingredients so we were eager to check it out. We ordered ‘The Classic’ Half Pound Burger adding Cheese to it plus a serve of Fresh Cut Crinkle Fries. For a burger restaurant, this food was amazing! Firstly the burger looked just like the one in the picture - which never happens nowadays - then it tasted absolutely delicious! Even the fries were super tasty and we particularly loved how the skin from the potatoes was left on. Additionally, the kitchen is completely transparent for the customers to see the inner workings. From where your ingredients are stored (in glass doored fridges) to how it is prepared and cooked. Hopefully this is the start of a new wave of burger restaurants as we would love to see more around!

Lived in Central Texas for 15 years and had my first visit at the Crown & Anchor today. Service was amazing with super friendly welcome. I’ve heard amazing things about their burgers so I ordered a cheeseburger. Honestly, it was okay. Not earth shattering or really anything to write about. I’m guessing if I had one at 2am after the bar, it would hit differently. Nothing really bad about it, just not memorable. Drinks were cold and cheap. Loved that along with the cool vibe here. Would totally recommend just because it’s one of the best dive bars in Austin. Must visit.

In an increasingly boring and corporate Austin, this place has stayed true to its roots as a local hangout. It’s an absolute hidden gem. I hope it never changes. Food is good, beer selection is surprisingly good, and you get a great mix of pretentious graduate students, yuppies from Hyde Park, bearded old hippies, random stragglers and more. Always lively, and the patio is where all the best convos are happening in Austin.

We love Crown & Anchor! My friends and I meet here every week to hang out and get drinks. It’s so nice to have such a cozy pub so close to the UT campus. Everyone who works here is so nice and the service is excellent. Not to mention how delicious the drinks are! I would definitely recommend coming here for a fun night with friends!

I will never visit again. The reviews say this place has great burgers. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and fries and only ate them because I was hungry and I will not waste food if I payed for it. If I did not pay for my food when I ordered it I would have walked out do to the time I sat and waited for my lunch. The organization of putting out orders was ridiculous. I was watching people who came in after me receiving food before me. When my food finally came out it looked good but I bet the flavor from the Southside of a boar would have been more appetizing. The price is also way to high for what I received.

Ronniah was rude walked off after we asked if we should just order through the app if their Apple Pay pad isn’t working. She didn’t greet or re read our order to us. We waited over 30 minutes for sauces we added to our order. When she came back to give us or order we reordered online she didn’t speak at all and by the time we got the sauce our food was cold. Really rude service she could at least smiled. Horrible customer service.

Worst service can’t seem to get the order right. There was someone at the microphone getting the order and everything seem going fine up till the employee named “Jazmin” at the window took the cash for my order and I’m assuming it was too much for her to handle since it was two $20 bills and my order was for $25 and some change. She took a while to come back and handed my change after 10 mins of giving it to her. I just made a comment saying “I completely forgot I was gonna get change” that’s when her attitude change. (Very simple task if you ask me, but who knows I’m a customer not an employee at sonic). Also seems as the barbecue and ketchup was being reduced from her check or commission but seems she was just being PETTY in this whole situation. With the two combos I ordered she only gave me 1 barbecue sauce and 1 pack of ketchup! Sorry I can’t smell the sauces and bite my food pretending I put it on my burger or fries. my drink was also all ice and only 1/5 full but didn’t want to argue just had to drive off I was afraid she might tamper my food so I have to leave unsatisfied and disappointed should have know better and see the reviews before I came here. She also gave me a ripped bag!! Overall Jazmine service was not okay!! FYI this was a Wednesday 8/27 around 8:00pm when all this happened. Hope my review is being seen and some action is being taken. Simple order #4 with jalapenos. They couldn't pull it off. I got a single patty burger with only cheese, jalapeno, bread. Not the first time they have screwed up my order. Drink was good.

Close it down already! Only got 3 ppl working. Manager is only scheduled 3 people to work. When busy they dont answer any stalls. As a General manager I would have put this place down already for under preforming and losing money. And im sure the turn over rate here is high. Someone report to the BBB and health inspector already.

I like the food but I feel since this place is understaffed sometimes they struggle to put the food together well. Also expect wait time in the even to be close to 30 mins. It’s was super disappointing. This has happened in more than one occasion. The manager needs to hire more staff. These poor workers are just probably overworked with the amount of orders coming through, I can understand they are probably overwhelmed and exhausted after their shift

Parking can be tricky as there are limited parking spaces and there is no parking on the Main Street. There is also a steep driveway leading up to the parking area. Bread and butter was delicious and you have a choice to pick 2 flavored butter. Bread was partially sliced, so it was messy and a challenge to separate as bread was thinly sliced to begin with. I appreciate the details to the silverware from the restaurant. Nice touch! I ordered steak salad and forgot to ask for dressing on the side, so the salad was drenched with the dressing. Otherwise, salad was tasteful. Collard greens were amazing! Huge portion for a side dish! My husband had the burger and it was delicious and satisfying.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars for the quality of the food and drinks but overall it’s a 4. I like that they combine the butcher shop and the restaurant in the same place, really nice to see their good quality meat before it’s cooked 😊 The food was amazing, we all enjoyed it and nothing to complain about. I definitely have to come back for the burger. I ordered steak and my friend ordered burger. It looked so so good. The staff was nice but there is only one thing with our server when she brought the wine out, she was confused between natural and organic. When my friend tried to explain to her and she turned around and left her. There was also someone vomited outside the restaurant and near the entrance door but they didn’t do anything about it. They could have done better.

Came here expecting the best burger ever and was let down. Our first experience was the service when we felt like it was a burden to just arrive and be given a table. We ordered the burger, salad some appetizers and desert. The burger did have some amazing flavor but the flavor was off somehow but still good. The burger bun really threw the texture off. The Caesar salad was just not good. I took one bite and didn’t finish. The bread and butter plate and bread that was just average and it was soaked in oil. The strawberry panna cotta was tasty albeit a little dense. Lastly there is a service charge if 15%. It says on their website that this goes as a few to pay for healthcare and living wages but when I asked an employee about this she scoffed at me and had no idea what I was talking about. Also confusing because this isn’t a tip but I think I treated it like one which means I may have under tipped.

This review is for the butcher shop only. For years I've come to Salt & Time for quality beef, whether an Angus NY Strip, bavette, or the take away burger patties to cook at home. All are fantastic. Today, with some as-always top-notch service, I selected three under blade steaks and can't wait to give them a go tonight. The only challenge here is the price (because they source quality local meat) that keeps me from coming more often -- which, for my old-man health reasons, is probably a good thing!

After reading some negative reviews, I was a little hesitant to try Salt and Time. However, my friend and I had a very tasty lunch with great service. We split the bread (with blue cheese butter and marrow butter), ceasar salad, and buffalo chicken sandwich (with beef fat fries). The two butters were really flavorful and went well with the little baguette crostinis. The dressing on the ceasar salad was different than most places which I really enjoyed. Plus, it came with a big anchovy which I am 100% about. Finally, the chicken sandwich was cooked nicely and was a good bread to meat/filling ratio. The fries had a solid beef flavor and a good amount of salt. I don't know that I was the biggest fan of their housemade ketchup, but that was such a minor element to an overall delicious meal. Finally, our server Anna was very attentive and helpful. She handled our substitutions with politeness and explained the purpose of the service fee very well. I look forward to coming back and trying more items.

Had the steak salad and I was in heaven eating it. The quality of the hangar steak plus being cooked to perfection was a delight. Also had a few old fashions which didn’t disappoint. Staff was great and ambiance was in point. Will be returning soon.

Perfectly prepared steak with a lovely salad and crunchy fries. The non alcoholic drinks were good, and the dessert was perfectly fine. Our waiter was wonderful. This will probably be my go to when I am craving a good quality steak without the $$$ price tag.

The food was great and our waitress was so kind and she checked on us the perfect amount. I ordered the eggs Benedict with substitutions: sourdough toast instead of English muffin and sausage patties instead of ham steaks. It was wonderful! I will definitely be going back to try more dishes!

The Philly omelet and potatoes are delicious. With just the right amount spice for a kick. The covered and smothered with hash browns packed with flavor as well. Their gravy is great I'd recommend smothering the omelet or as a side for dipping :) Very friendly atmosphere

Went due to reviews and craving eggs benedict and country fried steak. In looking at the photos from other reviewers, our eggs benedict was small in comparison. We hardly got any hashbrowns and the egg on top was round, not flat. The country fried steak was not seasoned well and the gravy was very bland. We also waited 40 mins for our breakfast. Reading this wait time from other reviewers, I wonder if they understand how to run a kitchen in the restaurant? Or is this just better as a straight up bar? The service was fine, everyone was friendly but unfortunately we will not be returning. If you want good breakfast, just go to the good ole reliable 1431 Cafe.

The food was good and tasty, but nothing exceptional. The fish and fries were both soggy, though the steak was cooked perfectly, and the chimichurri sauce was delicious. My 3-star rating is mostly due to the poor service. The first time I ordered, I placed my order 30–40 minutes before pickup, but when I arrived, I still had to wait an extra hour because the hostess hadn’t entered my order until after I tipped. They also forgot some items from my order. The second time, I ordered two hours in advance, but the same thing happened. The hostess didn’t put in my order until I signed the bill. She was rude throughout the interaction, and even though I tipped in cash, she didn’t seem to notice — again, items were missing from my order. She just dropped the bag on the table, said “there’s your order,” and walked away. Unfortunately, the food isn’t amazing enough to make up for the consistently poor and unfriendly service.

Some real amazing food and drinks, a great place to watch the game, in a little hole in the wall setting..atmosphere is great. Good folks, good food, good drinks..

This was a classic burger. I’ve not tried them in many years since they have closed quite a few locations. Honestly the food is quite good. My wife and both found our burgers were cooked to our liking and the fries were good. A bit soft. The manager seemed friendly and he even cleaned a both of us to sit in. Really nothing negative to say about it.

Ok, I really like Fudruckers burgers, a lot!They are made to order and the meat is always fresh. We had the bacon double cheddar burger (it was great!). Toppings are also always fresh, and if you are an onion rings fan, you will not be disappointed. My wife especially liked the wedge fries. BUT here is why I cannot give a 5-star (at least for this review… the music was SO loud that I could not hear my wife across the table! And when a heavy classic rock song would play (and I enjoy classic rock!), the volume would be turned up. We had to leave just so we could talk. So - if you are good with the loud music, then you will love it. But if it is the food you are going for, just know that you may have to sacrifice your sanity for the good taste.

Been traveling the country going to as many Fuddruckers as I can, I wish there were more these restaurants because I love their food. This location the burger and fries were excellent and as good as I remember, however the cheese was extremely runny. It was almost as if they watered it down. Otherwise the whole experience was excellent!

I so miss this place in San Antonio oh please come back your burgers are the best. I had to take a bite before the photo. Still that great taste and do it yourself toppings. I traveled 45 minutes for it and it was worth it! T

I grew up in Midland and my dad used to take to fuddruckers as a child. Haven’t been back since. Today my wife found one. Cleanest restaurant nicest staff and the food took me back immediately.

Foods pretty good had the bison burger. Staff was lame really and off that they didnt want to be there.

Not the best Burger King out there. Place needs maitence, cleaning and a bit better customer service. Iin the year i have been coming here I've only met one person who seems to have any acknowledgment or customer service etiquette. The iced mocha seem to have their own process of being made (worst I've had), burgers, in my experiences, have been put together haphazardly. It seems this us a franchise that just does not hold the same value as others.

I come here a few times a week and the food is always good. Hot and ready to go ..as I order online and pick up at counter. Dulce ( hope i spelled that right) always has kind smile and the rest of the crew does an excellent job that can't be easy.

Restaurant was ‘IMMACULATE’!!!!!The manager and her employee were ‘SUPERIOR’! Very nice and calming environment. 100000% satisfied with their business. Definetly coming back to this restaurant. Keep up the GREAT job.

The food was decent and quickly made. The atmosphere was a bit on edge though but that way because of a customer wanting to be rude to there significant other.

It had been so long since I had been at a BK. I've gone three times this past month and a half and the service has always been great, went through the drive through each time and they are very attentive.

They rarely get orders right. Needs better organization. I notice whenever someone brings out an order, it's never to the right person. They are always going back and forth. Maybe their POS needs an update? The manager will take care of you though. He's very professional.

Truly the worst Sonic I've ever gone to. Ruined my night when I placed an order for a full meal, only brought the drinks and shake after 30 minutes (not including the time it took me to drive there when it's kinda far away from me). They couldn't find my food order, my shake was completely melted, and my soft drink tasted expired like battery acid. I left with nothing. A waste of $$ and whoever is the store manager should be fired. For a small town girly coming to Austin, I honestly just want Sonic sometimes and I've always been disappointed. Don't see myself going to Sonic anymore at all and I used to go all the time back home. This genuinely made me crash out. I don't think I've ever left a bad review anywhere. It’s really unfortunate when you get to a fast food restaurant and they tell you their only serving fountain drinks bc they are short staffed when they still open for another 25 minutes. I ordered a la cart chicken strips, nothing huge. To be fair I understand about being short staffed, but you are still open so then give me the option to wait. I also, understand if it was 5 or 10 minutes before closing, but almost 30 minutes and only 1 PM This location always stated they’re open to 11pm but always stays open until 12am. If you’re only going to serve fountain drinks until midnight then state that so people do not waste their time coming here.

I'll lead with i was a car hop 20 years ago at Sonic. There were times for orders, so they would get out on time and not get lost. We didn't have the app. I have no idea how the tracking of orders to carhop is now. It used to be a wristband scanner. We go mostly for drinks or shakes at this location and occasional full meals. We still will. But the last few times, it took 20 minutes to get 3 shakes. They could be short staffed. It was the way they handled it when we finally called the number on the check-in sign and finally brought it out. They didn't care at all they had lost track. I guess it's on me to think they should. I did. But in a small town you have to keep customers coming back. Here, there's always another customer, i guess? Thank you for letting me rant internet.

I was really excited to try the new Grillo’s Pickle Meal from Sonic—Grillo’s are my favorite pickles, so I placed my order ahead of time through the app. Unfortunately, this location completely ruined the experience. I arrived to pick up my order and ended up waiting over 20 minutes. After sitting in my car with no updates, I finally called the store. I could hear someone in the background say my order had been “sitting there for several minutes,” yet no one had brought it out. No apology, no explanation—just indifference. When my food was finally brought out, the employee was cold and unwelcoming. To top it all off, my food was cold, and my blast had melted already. If you’re excited to try the Grillo’s meal like I was, do yourself a favor and go to a different Sonic location. This one clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer service.

This place needs help!!! So slow and not enough workers. I ordered a sonic size tater tots and I got a medium. I pressed the button to order another medium and said. Hey I ordered a sonic size and got a medium. He said “We only have small medium or large so I don’t know what you mean when you say sonic size…” okay so why didn’t you ask what I meant when I said that? I’m not trying to fight with you but don’t give me attitude.

We've fallen in love with the double and triple smashburger, it's always a default when on the move. They're very fast and friendly at this Sonic very well managed!

We hadn't gone to Burger King in a while and decided to give it another try. We pulled up to the drive through(the whole place was empty, we were the only ones there) we ordered a chicken sandwich and a whopper meal with no pickles, it came out to a bit over $20. Once home we began to eat and I noticed the mountain of pickles and jalapeños on my whopper. The employees didn't know so I can't fault them but I have a mild allergy to jalapeños, and a strong aversion to pickles. So I was left with no lunch and a wallet that was $20 lighter

Oh, you only ordered a single fountain drink? Perfect, this Burger King will still have you pull around to the front. Truly a five-star experience.

This business is no longer honoring the coupon on the back of their receipt. I have been getting this coupon for years. The Manager of this location "Maria" is not doing her job correctly and honoring what the coupon deal is. I have been eating at Burger King for years and y'all just lost a costumer. And y'all are false advertising which is illegal.

Staff was always really nice to me, but I won't eat here anymore. Something about the meat isn't right. Goes down OK, but doesn't sit well. Not following proper refrigeration/storage practices? Or maybe refrig equip needs to be looked at? I don't know, but the food too often doesn't sit well.

Sometimes it’s alright, no problems. Nothing *wonderful* but decent for fast food. There have been times it wasn’t. REALLY MY LAST EXPERIENCE was one of the worst times I may have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered on the app and it’s a super simple order, which most of the time they’ve gotten first time. I got one Impossible Whopper with cheese. That’s all. There was a kid there at the window that I’d never seen before. I get the food, say thank you, and leave to home. When I get there (luckily I don’t live too far) the burger is a bacon cheeseburger (I realized after I took a bite). I’d shrug off a slightly wrong order if I wasn’t vegetarian. So…obviously I paid and was hungry so I go back. He looked SO confused when I said it was a bacon cheeseburger. He said “you ordered bacon…” No…I showed him the order on the app on my phone. Still confused. “Bacon?” No. I said the Impossible Whopper with cheese. He went “only vegetables?” I said, “well, yes…and the Impossible patty.” He still just stared at me blankly with a half-smile. He didn’t even seem to know what was on the menu? I said, “there are two patties…one is meat, one is the Impossible patty. I’m vegetarian so I don’t eat meat. No bacon or beef patty.” He went “okay.” And I got the new burger. He wanted me to check and I quickly did and it seemed okay. I pulled around to the parking lot and bit into it again. Hiding under the veggies, mixed in with the cheese- bacon again. I had been nice this entire time (still was, but frustrated. This was already so much time spent on one BK burger). I pulled BACK around and was like, “sorry man…this DOES still have bacon on it…I’m vegetarian, I said no meat, I just want what I ordered. One Impossible Whopper with cheese. That’s all. No added bacon. No meat.” He blankly stared again. And it was another back-and-forth conversation saying all of the same things with him being befuddled. Then the lady who was making the food was in sight looking annoyed. I was feeling bad, but also just hungry and also annoyed. I said “no bacon. No beef. Vegetarian patty with cheese.” He told me to pull around to the parking lot. He brought it to me and I checked it out. It was right but it seemed odd with not much flavor. Terrible experience.

Disgusting food from delivery, straight up didn’t make a majority of my order. Genuinely sickening that they think it’s acceptable to send out food like this. Hope this place gets a visit from the health inspector soon.

Posse East in Austin: Classic Texas with a Wagyu Twist Just had a fantastic lunch at Posse East in Austin. This place has a real cool vibe – a classic sports bar atmosphere with a friendly crowd. For the main course, I went with the Wagyu burger. It was definitely a step up from your average bar burger. The Wagyu beef was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. I couldn't resist adding a side of their battered fries, which were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside – perfect for dipping in ketchup! Overall, Posse East is a great spot for a casual meal and drinks. The food is solid, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is fun. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu next time I'm in Austin. **Highly recommend:** * Wagyu Burger – A must-try for burger lovers! * Battered Fries – The perfect complement to any burger.

Great draft beer selection. Service was crude and rough. Woman's restroom is inside but the men's is located on the outside corner like a outhouse. Kinda uncomfortable. The patio area is large and nice and the inside is cozy. If you wanted to watch a sports game like we did; would not recommend. The tvs are really small. Like our hotel room tv is bigger lol. Also would not recommend food. They got our Togo order completely wrong and the patty melt came on Wheat bread like what? Asked for loaded chili tots and fries and tots came dry and fries came with a thin sad layer of cheese and no chili or jalapeño. So if you go I would just suggest the nice draft beer selection.

I loved it here. Awesome vibe, tons of TVs for sports, longhorns fans everywhere. My burger and fries were delicious (sorry they’re half eaten in the picture lol). The bartenders were funny and friendly. Will be returning.

This is a cool bar, I enjoy coming here during lunch for a quick burger and a beer. I usually get the double meat and regret it because I forget just how big the double meat is. I could be easily satiated with a single. I like that they have a little self service bar with salsa, jalapenos and pico. Pretty good beer selection on tap and they have these classic Dallas cowboys pint glasses that are super cool. Nothing bad to say about the place really.

Patty melt was just awesome, and it's only $7.25. Juicy and delicious. Bread toasted perfectly. They have a great selection of Cholula hot sauce varieties and a self serve for jalapenos to load on as well. Simply outstanding.

Great location, and good prices, but weak on food. They still use Styrofoam, which is sad. And don't take phone pay, which is stunning... Good trivia night. Very dangerous black corner on way to bathrooms.

Horrible experience. Waited more than 30 minutes at the window the other night while I watch their whole staff prioritizing their closing duties over customers. I decided to pull off while at the window waiting and watching. Fast Food is suppose to be exactly that. Gave them another shot today and another 30mins in line again plus my coupon expired for my blizzard because it’s only good for 30mins. I will no longer visit this location again. Update: Visited today & no Line in drive thru waited 4mins no one asked to take order. After waiting that long I said hello. Finally some girl answered rudely we will be right with you. Waited some more and nothing. So I pulled off. Only to see no one in the kitchen and the employee outside chatting it up.smh I’m done with DQ in Manor. Not worth the head aches and waste of time.

This Dairy queen does not deserve any stars at all. My ice cream is all melted and they gave my order wrong. The banana split is not even a banana split. They took forever to give us the ice cream. A lot of people left because they were taking for ever. The other day it took 30 minutes for me to get my order out. The manager needs to do better in training these kids with attitudes and making sure the ice cream is not melted and learn how to serve customers. This is insane that there is no manager to run the buisness to fix the issue. They need to train better.

Stopped in while traveling through the area, and honestly, it was one of the more uncomfortable fast food stops I’ve had in a while. The place was busy, which I expected—but the real issue was how chaotic everything felt behind the counter. There was a loud argument happening in the kitchen—full-on shouting that could be heard clearly from the front. It dragged on for a while, and it seemed like nothing was getting made during that time. Staff at the front looked tense, almost like they didn’t know whether to jump in or just keep their heads down. The person who seemed to be in charge wasn’t doing much to calm things down—in fact, they were more focused on telling others what to do than stepping in to help. I saw one employee trying to juggle drive-thru and lobby orders on their own while the manager hovered and then disappeared. Eventually, the same manager started blaming that employee for the long line, which was bizarre considering what had just happened. I get that fast food isn’t always perfect, especially during busy times, but the problem here wasn’t the rush—it was the lack of leadership. Felt more like a power trip than a team effort. Definitely not the kind of stop I’d recommend to other travelers.

What is happened to Dairy Queen. Used to be so good. Person had an hard time understanding and selecting order on cash register. I repeated three times. Bottom line is I got an Incorrect order. Just wanted their smallest burger and shake ended up with a huge double burger. I removed one of the huge patties that was extremely dry. I ending up tossing the burger and fries. Shake was ok.

Don’t waste your time ordering online. Imagine a place like this, that sells primarily ice cream, not thinking it would be a smart idea to make your ice cream and put it in a freezer. That’s the level of incompetence you are dealing with here. If you order any type of ice cream online, you will get a message saying your order is ready to pick up, but they actually haven’t even looked at it. Instead they now want you to sit in the drivethru. Obviously you can’t expect people to understand the reason you order from home is SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU. But that’s not all, once I got there, they casually tell me to pull around. I wait in line for 20 minutes, for them to tell me they are out of ice cream. So let’s recap: I order ice cream online from my house. I get a notification that it’s ready for pickup. I drive to the store to find locked doors. I have to wait in the drive thru for them to explain a DAIRY QUEEN has no ice cream. I asked, why not just cancel the order online when I was at my house? Why make me drive all the way here? They said they ”just found out” , then some idiot who looked like he had been chewing on gravel brought his filthy gapped teeth put of the back to try to argue with me. Let’s be clear: if you have NEVER seen a dentist, you shouldn’t be seen anywhere near people’s food. They will instantly lose their lunch and I almost vomited on site. Whomever is running this establishment needs to get it together, because somehow you had 5 people with enough time to look me in the face while I got my refund, but nobody to mind your ice cream inventory before your building runs out. It’s been years since I’ve been to a Dairy Queen and I thought I would give it a shot for old times sake, but it’s clear times have changed. Stay as far away from this place as humanly possible.

This location is a hit or miss, with more misses than hits... I sent my husband otherwise I would have told them they can keep this mess!! Kids will eat anything with sugar, so I guess they’ll get double the ice cream tonight.

Came in on a Tuesday around noon, plenty of seating, no waiting. The onion rings are so good!!! I got the fried chicken sandwich. The chicken was well seasoned and breaded, with pickles and a jalapeño sauce. But the onion rings. Get them. My friend said the fries and chicken tenders were also very good.

Very refreshing surprise for Hutto. A true Texan vibe and dining experience. Initially I was looking for drive thru service but so glad that I went inside instead (I believe they don’t have that anyways). Service was excellent, super nice people always smiling and seemed like they like where they work at. The only negative, and why I cannot give it a 5 star on food was a cardinal sin … my burger was cold in the center. It was clearly a frozen patty and didn’t resemble a freshly made one, so this part sucked but I do hope they will improve since it’s a brand new location. I’ll certainly bring my family over, the ambiance is truly great 👌.

Great burgers, amzing onion rings, real milkshakes amd super fresh food. It doesnt get any better than that. Personnel are friendly and attentive and great you as you walk in the door. I recomend trying some everyone trying some Mighty Fine!

We visited this place on 9/2/24 evening and the whole staff was amazing and helpful with the menu since this was our first time there! The food was good and the place was super clean, very welcoming! The onion rings with the dipping ranch is so good!

It's a solid burger and great value. The new chicken tender was so salty that it could not finish. It was not the batter. I suspect the brine, as they are very moist, but the salt-to-liquid ratio in the brine was off. I got my salt for the week.

We have tried another location and were not impressed, but we decided to give this new location a try based on the number of positive reviews. The service was better than at the other location we tried in Round Rock and the food was really good. We especially enjoyed the Dr. Pepper shake. However, given the price, lack of any "combo" options, and how recently the location opened had the meal not been good, it would have been not only surprising but seriously disappointing. The true test will be if this location can maintain their current level of food and service quality 6 to 8 months from now. That said, while our meal was good the high prices will keep us from patronizing this location on a regular basis.

The name fits! Excellent quality burger! The beef was perfect! Loved the fries and ranch! It was a bit loud inside due to the good country music being so loud everyone is practically yelling over each other trying to order. Nice outdoor seating area (only needs some ceiling fans during this 100°+ summer heat). Went at 2pm and they were still very busy and parking was limited so don’t go if you’re very hangry (so hungry you’re angry) because some of these guys were fixin to fight over a parking spot. The hand washing station was very neat and felt great leaving your hands sparking clean (swirling soapy hot water). They have ice cream and DR PEPPER SHAKES! Cold Shiner beer 🍻 on ice 🧊 (Bud light still ain’t selling) We’ll be back again! 🤠

I have been twice. Both times, the food has been delicious. Service and atmosphere depend on the staff working when you go in. Giving 4 stars to service and atmosphere due to my first experience here. Lost a star from my last visit. The crew didn't seem to care much about what I was asking for other than it had bacon on the burger, and they were out of bacon, which I said I still want the burger(Cajun burger) for the sauce and pepper jack cheese. Would not allow me to order it, so I settled for the classic still delicious though.

I ordered 6 burgers and when Door Dash delivered them, they were still warm. Bacon in abundance, fresh vegetation, good buns and the smell, oh my. These are old school burgers done right. You need a lot of napkins to eat these sumptuous burgers. Anything less is fast food.

Very delicious selection of items The mango habanero chicken sandwich had a sweet, tangy, and spicy flavor which made it a great new option to try. The crispy chicken craft your own option let's you customize your sandwich with everything and anything you want. The chicken tenders were also cooked properly and crispy enough for our liking. The chicken menu was fully halal.

For me, this place was fortuitous find. The staff is delightful, the burgers are amazing, and the ambiance/ music reminds you of an 80s diner. And they offer halal food, which is just fantastic. We tried the chicken blt(crispy), the big easy, Caesars salad w chicken and their chicken strips. Both the sandwich and the burger were amazing. The big easy beef burger had flavor, was juicy and the patty was cooked properly with a perfect balance of sauces and veggies. The gentleman at the counter was nice and patient with us. I forgot his name, but he deserves a raise for great customer service. This is now one of my favorite places to grab fast food!

Nice little burger spot. I personally wasn't impressed with the burger. I ate half of it. My companions liked theirs enough to finish them. Probably won't go back, but I liked the menu. They offer different shakes, that of course looked amazing. Lobby is small, but there weren't many ppl eating in, so it sufficed.

We absolutely love the burgers here. However, there are some issues that keep us from ordering at this location: no available OLO options, no one answering the phone for pickup order, and DoorDash ordering has been disabled (although they have a campaign in place, so a little confusing). This location is the most convenient for us, as in super close. And because the food is so good, we’re ordering from the Round Rock location through UberEats (even though we were saving $10 through their DoorDash campaign at the local WB). I want to give this one the benefit of the doubt, because we have eaten from here, but even then, OLO was disabled. We were able to catch them on the phone to place pickup previously and it was absolutely one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. I really want this place to succeed, so this isn’t a submission of disdain & “ill never order there again”, but more of a “please do better because we’re huge fans & we like how conveniently you’re located”. A solid burger joint has opened up in tech ridge! The workers are still learning the ropes but the food was awesome. The onion rings had this yummy fluffy exterior. Both burgers had juicy patties with great toppings. And the milkshake was rich with flavor and didn’t need a trying extra. Definitely excited to go again to modern rendition of a burger place.

Still searching for the best burger in Austin, and I came across "El sapo" and the "San Antonio" on a list of the juiciest burgers in Austin. I went with the Charlie special because the San Antonio had a bit too much going on for my personal burger interests. The restaurant has a pretty unique feel to it but it definitely fits austins culture. I thought the burger was pretty good and just about every sauce they offer was great. I dined with 5 others and there were 3 Charlie specials ordered, one el azul which was also very good, one "lamburgeusa" which impressed as well and the crowd favorite was the burger with the chorizo. This place was pretty good however for burgers I prefer a handmade burger as opposed to a pre-made patty in terms of juiciness and I can't confirm that the patties were not handmade, but it certainly wasn't one of the "juiciest burgers" I've ever had. However there were many options, the service was great and I would definitely come back.

Surprised that a well-done burger would taste this good! Burgers are decent but definitely overpriced and the chipotle ketchup was a mild but great surprise. However, the cocktails were delicious, with happy hour pricing. The place is clean and service was friendly.

Some of the best queso chips I've had in Austin. The burgers are jumbo size and the menu is creative and has something for everyone. Margaritas are strong too! Always a good time eating here. I think they could up the quality of the beef to make it to even better.

Probably one of the slowest experiences ever. There were about 11 people total in the restaurant, and two servers on. My partner ordered a drink, and waited about 20 minutes for it. Our waiter brought out two appetizers, at separate times, and never brought out napkins, or utensils. The burger was okay, it was a little dry and the fries definitely needed some seasoning. The food is overpriced, if I go again it would be during Happy Hour. The guacamole is good though, I do recommend trying that out.

This is pretty near my apartment so we decided to give it a try. I got the El San Antonio and it was delicious! I had never tried a burger with a tostada inside and it was a tasty experience. Comes with a pretty large portion of either fries or onion rings. Service was speedy and hospitable. I would like for the drinks to be a little less expensive but they have a happy hour from 4-6 everyday so that will probably be kinder to my wallet.

Another stop on my never-ending Austin burger quest. First bonus points goes to Flat Top having grass-fed options. The burger was pretty good - certainly not the best burger I've had, but not the worst either. The patty was manageable - not too thick and not too try. The bun was meh. As a note - the "junior" hamburger is a normal-sized burger! Unless you are as hungry as a monster, you won't need the regulars-sized burger. The fries are huge, so again, unless you eat obscene amounts of food, it's doable to get one to share. The ambiance is great - lots of hipsters, but very laid-back. Love the indoor-outdoor seating and funky lighting.

I really want this place to survive, I like having a burger place nearby. I like that they have grass-fed burgers available for just a dollar upcharge. And I do like the fries and skinny rings. That being said, they aren't the most flavorful burgers I've ever had. But they're good, and it's a fun location.

The chicken was hard and not tender or juicy and the website is misleading with the burger not coming with fries (you have to order them separately, not worth $4). The soda I ordered that was over $2.5 was a kids tiny size and very disappointing.

Absolutely delicious. We got the spicy curry katsu burger with the pork and the spicy teriyaki burger with beef. Both were delicious! Loved the pot stickers and the Rangoon and the saucy fries. Definitely need to try the other sauces for the fries. Looking forward to going back

Katsu Burger made me stop and think about what the hell I was eating and why I haven't stopped in before. It's unbelievable. Fries are perfect, chicken katsu burgers are phenomenal and the bacon was perfectly crisp. This place is amazing. Just come eat and try it for yourself!

Overall pretty disappointed. The crab Rangoon are described on the menu as huge. Folks, these barely fit the criteria for medium. They’re quite small. And if it weren’t for this little deception, I’d maybe grant 4 stars. The Japanese style fried chicken is pretty flavorless, and it’s just small clumps of breaded chicken with sauce on it. The Japanese bbq style burger is pretty great though. Just too bad I paid $19 extra for some soggy chicken and 5 little rangoons.

Heard about this place from a friend who’s always in the know about great new food joints. I got the teriyaki burger with pork. It had such a unique and delicious flavor profile. Cheddar cheese, terikyaki sauce, red onion, GRILLED pineappe, with some shreddad cabbage on top. The Japanese mayo really brings it home though. I’ve since looked for other food like this and there’s NOTHING like it in East TX. I’ll definitely be back.. like tomorrow.

This place earned a gross out of 10. I got the katsu burger because I love burgers with pineapple, and yes I do like pineapple on my pizza too, and nothing about the burger was edible… the meat was tough jerky, the sauce used was waaay to salty and they put so much on it the whole thing was soggy…. and after searching the whole burger I found no pineapple.

Was running some errands in the area, I'm from the Temple area and stumbled upon this place. Food was great, panko pickles excellent, wife had a bowl and myself a burger, both delicious. The cheesecake ragoons seemed like a Mexican Asian fusion (sopapilla and wontons) and was great. Will be back if I'm in the area!
